The office is difficult to find and pretty untidy. A cleanup/reorganization of the tiny spot is needed. A small expansion would help alot. The proprietor is great though. The process was simple once I found where to go.

Michael SI checked out the truck on a Sunday so I did not interact with anyone at the pickup location. The check-in process (through the app) was confusing- I basically had to re-do all the steps when I arrived at the location, and had to wait to get approved (again).

paul mNo one there when we arrived. Called a couple of times with no answer. Then got a call back stating worker was on the way so just had to wait . Then got a small charge on credit card but no idea what for. We were not over mileage or late on return.

Kevin WI like U haul better than some other places I have used in the past. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Pricing is a little high but I have also found it to be the most reasonable priced moving center around. They do offer use of dolly,blankets,ect... As well as moving boxes and packing material. l definitely will be using U Haul again when I need it!!! I rate 9 stars out of 10 in my book.Thank you U Haul!!!

Liliana LWhen I arrived for my reservation, the proprietor was 15 minutes late this departing my rental. He then questioned my reservation even though I had made it directly with him earlier in the week. After a few minutes of waiting on the computer to boot up I asked if he had found my reservation,. He responded my turning the computer around so I could see it was still booting up. He then asked for my license and credit card. I asked if new needed them since I had used the app and entered them online. He then said "I keep asking for things and you keep not answering my questions!" I then commented that somebody must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. He then asked if u was moving my son off to school ( who was with me and heard the entire interchange). I told him that we were going to another state to clear his grandmothers home as she had padded away. His demeanor then notably softened and he somewhat apologized for his earlier behavior. This was probably my worst single experience with anyone trying to do business in my 63 years. My song questioned me later about why I didn't leave. If there had been any other locations where I corps be assured I'd getting a rental, I would have. Absolute terrible customer service!
RANDY RArrive on time for your customers. The U-Haul representative was not there at 8:00am to assist us and other customers. We had to wait on him to arrive to get our rental truck. He got there at approximately 8:15am.

Tracy STrailer was beat up. Was holding tires for trailers when I arrived. Tires were removed, trailer not cleaned, dirt and tire dust was all inside and ruined a mattress cover and was all over everything. Trailer smelled of rubber. There were at least 5 other 6x12 trailers there and I was told I had to take this one.door was difficult to open. Trailer overall was dented all over and rust on some wheels. had a deadline so no choice. I have pulled this size trailer many times before. This one felt as though it was fully loaded even though I only had about 300 pounds inside. Finally after going over a speed bump the trailer seemed to tow better. I expect the emergency braking system was dragging a bit. When I dropped off in cypress, I notified the personnel of the issues and recommended this trailer not be rented out until inspected. Very disappointed. Hopefully no damage to my engine or transmission during haul.

Camilla LBe there when we show up At scheduled time to pick up rental, and when we call asking where you are not be mouthy and tell us "oh well" and you'll be there 2 hours later. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops, because I had other appointments lined up in order to make this work. Very poor service with UHaul
