I arrived to return the truck well before 5pm, and there was no one to assist me. I had to figure out the return process on my own; fortunately, someone else was returning their truck at the same time, and she (a customer) was able to assist me. She was also disappointed with the lack of personnel to assist with the return process.
Tom TBobby Dee is the most friendly guy. I highly recommend this location for renting the U-Haul.
