My experience with Leslie at Bobs and U-Haul today was nothing short of wonderful. The online booking experience was flawless and Leslie had the truck ready for my pick up ahead of time. She was polite, friendly and handled the entire transaction with eloquence. I highly recommend you work with Leslie and Bobs for all of your moving needs!! More than 5 stars ⭐️ given!!!!!!
ERICA RTruck was incredibly loud with mystery noises even when engine was turned off. Not very confidence inspiring for an 800+ mile trip.

She apologized as she was out of furniture dolly's, and that they didn't have enough, and that was fine by me. I appreciated her telling me. She guided me through what I needed to do to return the truck. I really appreciate her help and making my rental easy! I will definitely rent a truck when I need to from this location again in the future!

Jacob SI picked up the truck at 3:15pm on Friday. I returned the truck at 1:21pm on Saturday and the office closed at noon. I was not informed that I needed to process my return via a digital device or be charged additional fees. I did not have time to do it there so I went directly home to complete the process at home on my laptop. I logged in to the U-Haul website and because I was no longer on site at Bob's 66 I could not process my return. I will be calling the attendant first thing Monday morning to plead my case.
Gregory GThe staff at Bob's 66 was very nice, easy to work with, and accommodating to my needs. They handled both pick up and drop off efficiently. Good location close to major roads and the highway, several gas station choices close by.

GARY OThe gentleman at the counter's name was David. He had a contagious smile. He was very friendly, efficient, and answered all of my questions. He even stayed a couple minutes late for me to handle my pick up.
KIMBERLY CFor safety reasons snow and ice should always be cleaned off the windows and hood! I almost got into accident on the highway because the truck wasn't cleaned which is unacceptable!

LUCY HI rented the truck for 24 hours, but it wasn't enough time. I called the facility and asked them to extend my rental and whoever was there she told me straight up nope the truck needs to be back today at 4:30 PM. Otherwise you will have to paid big fines

LORI LI was told that I would be charged more for extending my Uhaul for 2 more hours. I used the Uhaul for 4 hrs. I had already paid per day fee. This is such a bad and cheating experience.

Kenneth WMy reservation location was switched due to availability of van size. Location was further away and did not have online pickup and had to wait for staff to arrive. Key box was broken and they hd key inside. This meant an hour delay in getting started on the move. Not a good thing when move meant a 8 hour drive that day as well. Truck worked well and drop off was seamless.

Dereje HMy only reason for putting average is because the app took forever to work and when I got there to get my rental it took over 45min to get approved to get the code to get the keys and then once returning the keys it took almost another 30min because the app kept crashing.

Kathy SLeslie tried to over charge me for not putting gas in the truck but actually they marked it wrong when I got the vehicle. when i returned I put gas and thank God i had receipt for that and pictures from when i got the truck. she noted 60 miles extra and charged me for that when i showed her the picture of actual mileage she said she will get it corrected and refund it next day. it was waste of my time because of their mistakes. i am still waiting for the refund.

Rakesh SJust be sure to check the truck before it goes out we had to pick up a plastic bag and papers from the person before and sweep out the back before we used it but customer service was nice and everyone was super friendly!

Chastity WI had a great experience renting the auto transport trailer here. They offered to hook everything up and helped me load my car and strap it down. Customer service was great and I highly recommend this location.

Jonathan FThis location was good, but they were somewhat overwhelmed when I was there. I rated them a little lower because my original location did not have the truck I ordered and I need to drive further to get the vehicle. Other than that, my experience was good.
