I picked up the truck at 3:15pm on Friday. I returned the truck at 1:21pm on Saturday and the office closed at noon. I was not informed that I needed to process my return via a digital device or be charged additional fees. I did not have time to do it there so I went directly home to complete the process at home on my laptop. I logged in to the U-Haul website and because I was no longer on site at Bob's 66 I could not process my return. I will be calling the attendant first thing Monday morning to plead my case.

The staff at Bob's 66 was very nice, easy to work with, and accommodating to my needs. They handled both pick up and drop off efficiently. Good location close to major roads and the highway, several gas station choices close by.
