Filled truck back up to 3/4 tank took truck to drop off NO building or drop box or nothing so wasted gas and mileage trying to find place then eventually looked phone number up for bobs buildings and more and he said just leave truck at subway he will pickup and check it in.

I was directed to three different locations before i finally received a truck that i had reserved 7 days prior. Evidently U-Haul over books trucks. took 1,5 hours to get a truck.

Not a thing. Just send more customers to that facility. They will be treated right and have a good experience just like I did.

The exhaust was loud and the fumes came inside the cab. After our move I received a phone call from a U-Haul representative asking me when the cadillitic converter was stolen. I had no idea and it almost seemed like he was accusing us of taking it ourselves! I work for Toyota in Princeton and we've had had several stolen off our lot. I do not appreciate the fact that the representative using an "accusing" tone with me. The van was keft out front for us to pick up. If anything happened to it prior to our arrival, it is NOT MY FAULT!

Completing the pickup process online allows the renter to pick up the truck without needing a uhaul representative present.

I informed the U haul Rep of check engine light, front end alignment issue ( tires wearing quick on the edges), and gas cap dash light. But he checked it in saying everything was good. Unless you want to wear that truck out and spend more money on it, you should put it in the shop for a checkup.

this UHaul was the West Parrish location, not Bobs just FYI We would like to thank Sarah Hagan and Miranda for the outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond, using persistence and their resources to find a solution to our very stressful situation. We can't thank them enough. What outstanding team members you have in these two amazing women!

Couldn't find and had to contact UHaul to assist. It was a terrible overall experience.

I had reservation for 8:00 am., but they didn't open until 10. I called the place where I reserved it and she called the employee that worked at pickup location and she was kind enough to come in early. With that said there was only one truck and no key. I was certainly frustrated because I had movers coming Frim 90 minutes away. I tried to contact them but they had already left. The movers were there and I had no truck. They looked at my load and said all your stuff will fit nicely in 20 ft truck. So they leave, other jobs. So with this said, we were going to meet our friend 4 hours away and he was going to drive the truck on to FL. I called him and told him didn't know what time I'd get the truck, so obviously he had to leave because his ride to Fl was leaving. They had to work the next day. So, I lost my driver, spent three nights in a hotel instead of one and hotel rates were double due to weekend. So we finally get the truck and start the journey. I'm older and have had back surgery so had to take our time. I get to Fl worn out thinking be at hotel soon. It started raining so hard couldn't see, cars pulling off road, I pulled off road and about thirty mins later water started pouring in, I was soaked and belongings behind my seat were wet. I had to laugh at this point. Luckily, my Fl movers were able to accommodate my unloading three days later!!! So it was a trip I'll never forget. I've rented many times with uhaul and will again in the future, never had these types of issues. They did give me a 200 credit that was mighty nice toward my 1 400 extra expenses due to truck arriving late. Now on the fl end it was a breeze, I returned the truck and the guy was super nice and helpful! So never plan a trip just fly by seat of your pants.

U-haul couldn't come thru on the agreement that I had done a reservation for locally, so had to make hour and a half round trip to pick up my rental. Person at this location was helpful to help with the situation as much as she could, but U-haul corporate failed.

No signs to locate business .No supplies on hand for needed connections to truck(light adapter)

Super easy pickup. I had an issue and had to keep trailer longer. They were understanding and super helpful. Will seek Bob's first for next rental.

The truck was comfortable, easy to drive and functioned very well for my moving needs within my budget.Many thanks to the folks at Bob's and uhaul company
