Charged me for 3 gallons I had a FULL tank when I returned and an after hours charge even though I had permission to keep the Uhaul and trailer 3 additional days before I had to return. My total was 1 050,00 $ and the office wanted to make even more money off of me. I literally arrived around 5:00 which made it after hours all due to a flat tire causing me to be late in the first place waited 6 hours for roadside assistance!!!!!! Worst customer service ever.

Just don't use Cabreras Moving Services which is on U-Haul site to get moving help. They arrived 2-1/2 Hours late. They were high and didn't want to work. I told the owner we had a safe and he said nothing but ok. Then when they got here they couldn't even move it out of the room without me doing the dolly and then requested another 100,00 $. I told them they were already trying my patience and they didn't appear to want to work. Hired them for 4 hours and spent 1/2 hour trying to scam me for another 100 $so finally told them to leave. Don't Ever Hire These Guys!!!! You have been warned! Sincerely,

The location was good and Nubia was great. Corporate was a disaster. The truck number on the one way contract was wrong and it took corporate 45 minutes to straighten it out. Then the mileage for the truck was more than 7000 miles too low. Another 30 minutes for Nubia on the phone and corporate said it couldn't fix it and that I would have to explain it at return. Nubia wrote a detailed note about the actual mileage was and the actual fuel level, which was Ali wrong. Then, while I was waiting for Nubia to work on this problem, I got a text which changed my drop-off point to a location which was 15 miles further away. It took me 20 minutes on hold to speak to someone who simply told me to ignore the text. I had the truck for 4 hrs. And did an after-hours return at the location I had selected. I tried to use the ap to return the truck, it wouldn't let me go pay the first step because, after entering the odometer reading, I got an “excessive mileage” warning because it thought I covered 7000+ miles â€" in 4 hours. I called UHaul again. After 35 minutes on hold waiting for a human, I just left the keys and contact with Anubis's notes. Another 22 minutes later, I got a human being on the phone who said that there was nothing she could do and no notes she could be in the system, and that I would have to contact the return location before they check in the truck to explain the problem. She said it my bill wasn't right, to call me credit card company and dispute the charge. Not a good way to do business and keep customers. Very disappointed. I gave the location kudos because of Nubia. Corporate gets 0 stars.

Paid for two handcarts, only had one. The blankets were wet and on the floor. You were unable to look in the truck to check because of the water behind the parking spot. The truck was also old and needed to be replaced

the only thing was that i need a hand truck and stated that when i made the reservation 29 days prior upon pickup i was told because it was 1 way i couldnt get one still trying to understand that made the move a real chore very inconvenient

The equipment was not ready on time. I was scheduled for a 9:30 pick up and it was not ready till after 10:00 am. However the return time was not adjusted to reflect the late pick up due to the equipment not being ready

Problem with the website and I was unable to get the truck on time as registered. Pickup time of 8 am but the location didn't open til 9:30 am. Apparently the keys were in the lock box and ready but the app wouldn't give me the code. The location stated customer service should have known this but they just told me to wait til 9:30 even though I had movers at my place ready to start at 8 am.

The location tried to help me and went out of there way! The issue was I reserved a truck, furniture dolly, 2 wheel dolly and pads they didn't have the dollys so I had to drive around looking for them and not moving only found the 2 wheel dolly couple hours later.

The clerk working the counter, Will, belongs in the training department teaching all Uhaul employees how to treat customers while renting. Probably the best rental experience...bravo Will.

My reservation was canceled, there was no truck available and I had to grab a 50 dl uber to this location. I was charge more than expected due to a change in vehicle. The process took so long that I missed the window to do my move on time. The truck was in very poor condition, the engine stopped multiple times, I Had to wait some time before it could be restarted.

UHaul, The rental vehicle steering was broken so it pulled hard to the right. The headlights did not point straight. The vehicle was dirty, even the ashtray was full of cigarette butts. When I returned the truck I was charged for cleaning and repair. I disputed the charge and spoke to 788002_AFM@uhaul.com. I explained to the extremely rude english accented man on the phone, that I was not responsible for the alleged dirty condition of the vehicle or any damages. I explained to him that I never smoked cigarettes in my life and there is no way I could have brought "red mud" into the vehicle and that I return the vehicle 3 days before the rental period was over. He told me I should have checked the vehicle before I took it. It was an unexpectedly, uneassarly mean, conversation. I took it as by this UHaul's employees rational, I'm supposed to check the mechanics and even the ashtray before I rent a Uhaul vehicle. If your company can't provide a safe and clean vehicles is one thing, but blatantly charging your customers for it is another. I called my credit card company and they agreed with the injustice of the situation and reversed the charges straight away. However, in my mail today, is a threatening demand for this charge. Look at my story Uhaul, is this the type of company you are? Putting your customers thought this, just to rent a truck. Your a horrible company, and I will avoid you at all costs.
