The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. They didn't try to upsell you and they always offered their personal opinion when we were unsure. Great people to rent from!

The U-Haul Mobile application was very troublesome. The original intended Pickup location 500 Meadowbrook has not one to assist during the time of pick up on at Saturday morning, the application was not able to get my location no matter what. The executive at 512 Broadway Street, Mount Vernon , IL was more than helpful to accommodate my requirement for a Vehicle. Thanks to them for being professional and available in the time of need. They made the experience pleasant which would have been an ultimate failure otherwise. Mobile application was unable to read my location even during drop off.

Anton AThey added a $15 insurance charge that they did not ask me if I wanted. I know it's not a lot of money but it was added to my bill without my permission. When I called them they wouldn't refund it.

I were able to return the trailer after normal business hours and the owner assisted me immediatly. I will ALWAYS reserve from Bradshaw's!

James ZThe back of the U-Haul smelled horrible like a nasty wet dog. There was a lot of dog hair. I only had the U haul about four hours as I only needed to go to a nearby town to move a couple things. I feel to be charged $141 was excessive especially considering how nasty the back of U-Haul was.

Lawrence O6x12 2 axle trailer it walked back and forth over 1100 miles going empty and coming back loaded. This made it a constant fight with the trailer .

josh mThe Bradshaws are warm and great humored folks who own this business and it was a pleasure talking and cracking jokes with them while getting our rental truck ready. They were open on the weekend and I was able to drop off the truck during off hours without any problems. I would definitely come back here in the future if I needed to rent a moving truck again and I highly recommend them for U Haul rentals!

Mohammad UBradshaw's had excellent service, very knowledgeable, explained everything and I would rent from Gary Bradshaw the next time. Uhaul contacted me before my rental to discount my rate if I used Hayes which is just up the street as my drop off location. I wasn't interested because Bradshaw came highly recommended and I'm glad I stayed with them.

Richard GI showed up to the facility to get the rental. I went inside the building in there was no one there. I rang the bell and yelled out "hello" multiple times and no one came. I then proceeded to leave out of the facility and get into my car and start to pulling off at that time a man came from behind the building and looked at me with his hands out in a gesture that would say "what" I politely told the man that I was there to get a rental under a reservation that I had previously made and the man responded "oh Ok" and started to go inside of the building. Despite feeling like the man was being rude, I put my car in park and followed him inside of the facility. Once inside of the building, his wife and or co worker comes out of the office to help him get me checked out. They didn't seem friendly. I thought the service was rude and I felt like the lady may have been inside of the building the whole time that I was in the building earlier needing help. I have used U-Haul several times in the past, but I will never use this location again moving is already a stressful. No one wants to go to a facility and deal with rude people. Once inside of the U-Haul, it was very sticky and not clean. I pointed it out to the guy and woman but still took it as is. Once I dropped the truck off the service was a lot but but I still wouldn't want to rent from the facility again or recommend anyone to do so either.

Rochelle CWas a little disappointed that a vehicle and tow trailer wasn't available closer to my location (Benton) after securing the initial reservation. I was contacted a couple days before and UHaul wanted me to pick up the truck at one location , the trailer at another. Extremely inconvenient. So I had to make a new reservation at a different location further away. This caused me to exceed the mileage allotment which I was charged an additional $19 for.

Joel GI would not improve anything. Bradshaw's was wonderful. Since, I moved out of state they were very helpful with changing my pick-up date a couple of times. As well as helping get the truck to the proper destination and assisting in backing the truck into the driveway for us. I would 100 percent recommend them for your move.

Jennifer DBest experience I have ever had with a U-Haul location. They went above and beyond to get our needs taken care of, including driving 30 minutes to pick up our driver and get him to the rental facility. Some people do just enough...They do more than requested, or required!
A Bwhen I returned it I was accidentally 90 minutes late past check in time and they treated me horrible despite how much I apologized and guilted me cause they needed the uhaul before my scheduled check in time for someone else.

CHRYSTAL DVery friendly couple but they should do way less talking about personal life. There are 6 emotional stages of moving.. Excitement, Anxiety, Stress, Rage, Sadness, & Relief. When a client is picking up a Uhaul, they are possibly at the anxiety, stress, or rage stages. They just want to do business & get on their way & get to some relief.
