Horrible customer service. While check in seemed to ok, returning was another story. No one who worked for UHaul was present. I was instructed to read a flyer posted by a key drop box and follow instructions. Well, after several attempts, I was unable to check my rental back. I went to the desk again to ask for help, all the young lady did was take my name and number and told me someone would call me. Well, fast forward to the following morning and no call, serval tries to get someone on the phone here and my rental reservation was still active. I had to cal UHaul customer service for help. I was told a call was attempted with no answer and a full voicemail. Customer service advised the field rep was contacted and would call me directly. No call. Just crazy. While I have done many rentals with UHaul over the years, I will NEVER go back to this place. Just a shame.

I got a truck from here , and the people that had truck before left truck full of trash , truck was dropped off and never inspected by this place , I got to my Location where I was moving and I open the back and saw all this trash in there was mad , I call back to this uhaul location and they wanted me take trash back but that would of been more miles on truck and I'm the one that had to pay for the miles for throwing away all the trashed left in the truck ridiculous, I didn't even get a discount for doing there job , poor service in this location I don't recommend

The whole experience at Branchton Farms was pleasant and worry free. The ladies there were very helpful. From now on my only place to rent a Uhaul. (And get quality fresh produce)

I've rented U-Haul many times over the years. This particular time was a nightmare. I scheduled my pick up time for 7 am and intended to use mobile check in. When I got there it didn't work. I called U-Haul and was told there were no trucks anywhere and I would have to go back at 9 am when the location opened. This put me behind two hours! Getting the truck was no problem when I went back but it was dirty inside. I had movers scheduled and had to delay them two hours. They loaded in very good time but when we got to our new apartment they said we have to leave in 45 minutes for another job so we won't get the truck completely unloaded. My wife, my son and I and a new neighbor had to finish the Job in 100 degree heat! I received an email from U-Haul that said they were issuing me a $100 vip certificate to use upon return. I returned the truck the same day. When I tried to return it via mobile once again it didn't work. So I went to the counter. The girl working didn't know how to return it with the credit I was supposed to get so she said just go ahead and go and she would tell the lady who usually takes care of it when she comes in. So I got my receipt from U-Haul. Not only was I charged for the full rental and the $100 was not taken off, I was charged $20 for an after hours service fee! I was charged $134.55. My charges should have only been $14.55. Additionally, I paid the movers for a full three hours and only got shorted 45 minutes of that. U-Haul should cover this entire job to make up for the inconvenience they caused me! Like I said to start… this was a nightmare! I will never depend on mobile check in again…that is if I even use U-Haul ever again. This was there most stressful move my family and I have ever made. And it's all on U-Haul. Oh… there was another guy at the counter who had the same problem as I did. Mobile check in didn't work. Epic failure this time U-Haul.

The requested equipment was not available. No dollirs, only 4 furniture pads. There was broken glass scattered all over the truck. I had to sweep out prior to use. Vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas. This was not a proper turnover.

The truck they originally tried to give me had no gas cap and the key was extremely hard to turn (even the attendant had a hard time finally getting the key to turn in the ignition). I ended up opting for take a van, which was fantastic. It was dirty when I received it so I did not clean the prior renters water bottle and dirty floor. I only moved boxes and small furniture, nothing that creates the dirty floor that was in the back. I fully intended to have a conversation about the dirty truck and water bottle with the uhaul supervisor when I returned the truck but, at 1pm there was no one there. I followed the process to return the vehicle but I specifically rented in the middle of the day so I could make sure someone was there to check my vehicle back in. Unbeknownst to me, Nobody was around. I had already ordered an Uber, so I also wasted another person's Time Going through the online checkin process. Their hours are supposed to be 9-5. I really felt sorry for the other people that came to pick up a truck during their stated open hours and were unable to get the truck they were supposed to Have rented. They still had a move to execute, if they were able to find a truck. At least I was finished. I will never use this location again. They don't care about the customers time.

Your 24/7 app service is good. The app could be tweaked a bit though. At one time I hit the wrong key and it took me to the dashboard and then I couldn't get back into the "get my truck" process. It only allowed me to "return my truck" process. Otherwise I liked being able to get the truck early in the morning before the office opened.

The truck did not have AC (air conditioner) after 2 hours it started raining and the inside started to turn foggy, had to open the windows and got wet to get some fresh air. There was a piece of rubber hitting the passenger side window which was a piece that was taped with black tape and had to open that window because with the wind it was hitting the window and felt like it was going to break. It is the first time that this happened to me when I have rented uhauls a couple of times before. It was a 2 hour trip with no AC. I informed it to the person were I dropped the truck he said that he will put on the report. I think that this truck needs to be either serviced very well or get out of the rental. It also had the service light on and was making a hard noise when you press the gas. Horrible experience. Sorry but it was the worse of all the trucks rented with uhaul before.

The online check in process did not work - we had an appointment and was checked in, however upon arrival the website said there was no vehicle available. The women at the location were very quick to help and get us back on track!

Steering wheel was sideways not straight. My truck was not available I wanted a 10ft the only thing that was available was a 26ft. Are you kidding me I didn't want a 26ft truck that's not what i reserved. How do you reserve a truck you don't even have. Then I was told to drive another 30 minutes out of my way to get the truck I reserved that was available at another location, but that location wouldn't answer phone to make sure the truck was there now. Canceled that and took the 26ft, worst haul experience I've ever had.

The furniture dolly, which we had booked, was not there at that location. I had to drive another 15 miles to rent it. Was not a pleasant experience this time. Would be great if uhaul website can show only the equipments available at that location. Otherwise it's a waste of our time and money.

We needed two hours more than initially thought to complete my move and called customer service before the rental was due. The operator was very frienldy and attentive (sorry I forgot his name but it started with an H) and he got the extension authorized at no extra charge! We were able to complete and return on time. Thank you very much to U-Haul!

The location was convenient and great. My issue was with the check in process which took 20 minutes, even after I followed all the directions prior to pickup and had the Ap set up. Technology can be nice but this experience would have been so much better if I had an actual person checking me in.

This location quoted to UHaul that the equipment we rented was full of fuel. Fortunately we had pictures to prove otherwise because we were charged for gas, despite returning the vehicle with more fuel than we started. We were reimbursed by UHaul for most of the charge but very disappointed as I was clear in my dispute for the gas charge.

This location really isnt at fault. Its uhaul overall. My original confirmed pickup and drop off and time of reservation was changed. The uhaul truck had maybe 3/8 tank of gas when picked up and we were unable to change the drop off location to the original location and had to drive an extra hour out of our way.

I had a van reserved for 2:30. It was not there. It returned at 3:30. It turned out the person who had the van had it reserved it until 3:30 so it was double booked. I had to wait there until he returned. Then the person there attended to the customers at the fruit stand before checking me out even though they knew how upset I was. I was late to my commitment. I am very upset. I can not believe uhaul double booked a van.
