Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was pretty helpful, nice and professional
Mercia TThe only negative comment is the weight of the trailer tongue. VERY difficult for 1 person to lift onto the truck hitch. Needs some sort of stand.
Jim CThe location, truck and staff were good. The problem was in trying to check in and check out with the remote U-haul app. I found it extremely not user friendly. I found the app difficult to understand and navigate. When I was able to navigate through it, it would consistently lock up. I would give my experience a one out of ten just because of the app. If I rent from U-haul again, I will definitely do it by using only a live person interaction.
Roger BThe young lady was great. She made my experience renting a transport very pleasant. She multitasked giving attention to each customer questions. Location Branchton farms 15320 Morris Bridge Rd, Thonotosassa, FL 33592
