Hello, I also did not receive the documentation for my rental and I couldn't find the starting mileage. I tried calling, to no avail, always went to voice mail with no call back. I was surprised at the cost for not that many miles driven.

Make sure the tags are in date before renting the trailer to sombody
April BridgesThe location was supposed to be open for the return. No one was around. I wanted to tell someone about an issue we had but didn't have that opportunity. Remote check in was laughable. I knew we were in for a comedy show when, after having to call for assistance, I was asked if I was using the app or the website. When I said I was using the app, your rep laughed and said oh no, don't use the app, go thru the website. After about 45 minutes I finally had a truck. Such fun, I can't wait until the next time.

Tara CaliseThis location was very unprofessional! No one was there and I had to call a number listed outside, however no one answered the call with multiple attempts. I waited and waited for a long time. Then I called again, no answer. I continued to wait and eventually someone came. The representative was rude and acted like I annoyed her. Poor service! Never again
Anjelia HarrisThe woman who worked there was very nice and knowledgeable. However, right when she was giving me the truck, my name disappeared from the computer she had to call. It took a much longer for me to get my truck. She was so nice and welcoming, but I do not like the way Uhaul Switches things up last minute. She had to wait until they put me back in the system to give me my truck, but she was a pleasant person to work with.

MARK DAVISThe lady had closed to go to Walmart when we got there (a worker at the fruit stand next to the office told us). Left the truck and paperwork in the box. She did not put it in that we left the truck till the next day, and now you are trying to charge me for an extra day, even though the day before (when I did drop it off), you were calling me, complaining I dropped it off at the wrong location. So, which is it? Did I drop it off at the wrong location on the correct day, or did I drop it off the wrong day? rhetorical question. This location was a joke, and your system of keeping track of these things is a joke. This is twice I have used uhaul, and both times I have had a bad experience.

Tracey GenoveseUsually have very good experience with this location. This time, had a warning light on the dash about low pressure on driver's rear tire. When I checked it, tire was 30psi. Recommended pressure is 80psi. I had a portable compressor and pumped it to 70psi so I could complete my job and notified the location when I returned the truck. But something as basic as tire pressure is NOT something the renter should have to deal with - especially since the warning is right on the dash.

Rohit PahwaCab had a bad odor. Truck had 20 miles to empty on pickup, though policy says truck must be returned with a quarter tank of gas or there will be a $30. Rented dolly, no dolly was on the truck. I would like a refund for this.

Arpita MistryThe truck was clean and the location owner went out of her way to be sure I could pick it up after hours. The problem with the truck was the right side-view mirror: it came loose during the trip, meaning I couldn't see traffic when trying to change lanes! This almost caused accidents several times. I tried the tools I had with me to tighten it, but ultimately used an ID lanyard to tie it (sort of) in place. Please ensure this is repaired.

John CarterThe first 10 foot truck that was offered me at this location had a dashboard warning light on. I can't believe U-Haul would knowingly let somebody rent a truck with a dashboard warning light on. Luckily a second truck was available for me, but a lot of time was wasted checking out the first truck before I even started the engine. And this was actually the third location that U-Haul sent me to for the truck -the scheduling office switched my pick up location twice and I was not happy that this location was so far away
