I am disappointed that I was charged $22.40 for being 5 min late , I got there like I said maybe 5 after 5 and the place was locked up .Reason being I went to the wrong location . Had to phone Canora Sk. location to find out what I should do . She was very nice and said I should just leave it there,so that is what we did .Thank you

When a person books at a specific location have their vehicle there!! Went to pick up at Discount tire and no vehicle available. This means that I am going to have to pay for extra km return it to a further location.

I was charged 43.77 for not having it filled to 7/16. I was just over quarter tank it would have been maybe 10 more dollars in gas. The girl who I dropped it off to took a picture of the gas level and it was clearly over a quarter tank but marked it below what it was at, marking it right at a quarter. This is straight a money grab so next time I would definitely take my business else where. Please explain to me how you mark up gas pricing that much.

I hadn’t to go 4 hours out of my way to pick up the trailer, bit ridiculous.

Provide an lighting adapter as most vehicles are equipped with standard 7 pin electrical plugins. I had to drive all over Brandon with out lights on the trailer to look for an adapter. Wasted an hour to do this. When I did find an adapter, the passenger side lights did not work. I had to trouble shoot the problem and Macgiver the problem. Wasted approx another hour doing this when I should have been on the road. 2 hrs in total downtime. Not happy.

I had booked a 15 foot truck for Monday March 26 in Virden Mb. And had to pick up a truck in Brandon cause their was no trucks available in Virden and he had lost my reservation . I think the worker in Virden uhaul needs more training. We had to rent a hotel room for the night cause of the delay of having to go an hour out of our way to get a truck put our move behind and we didn't make our appointment in time to move into our new place. We are not happy customers cause we ended up getting a 11 foot uhaul and barely fit all our belongings inside it and it costs more than we had anticipated.
