We went here to save miles. It was very hard to find. The GPS directions were incorrect. There is a sign on the road indicating that UHaul is in a plaza to the north of the location and we spent 20 minutes driving around blocks and through plazas before we asked a passer-by and they gave us clear directions which proved to be correct. The signage at the store is not very clear until you get to the front door. The store was crowded and there didn't seem to be a designated UHaul space, but the person for UHaul was called and came right away. They said they could not refund the unopened and unused bag of moving pads because they could have been rented to someone else. I thought that was a weak excuse as there were dozens of bags available. The personnel were pleasant and prompt.
