Stephen McdonaldWe did the nighttime drop off. The app is not at all user friendly. We ended up taking pictures of everything and locking up the truck and had to go back in the morning to return the key.

Raymond MerkelThe Uhaul location at 32125 W Court Street has horrible customer service. The staff has a high turn over rate. I tried dropping off the 5x8 trailer I had connected to the 20' Uhaul and the hispanic lady acts like she's dead. She laughed when I told her I wasn't given the proper drop off location for the trailer and I was now having to drop off the trailer and 20' at two different locations. That made me so mad that she was smug and laughed. That is horribly unprofessional and rude. She should not be working for Uhaul. She is just ruining the Uhaul name. The man at Broadmoor Storage where I dropped off the 20' was wonderful. Uhaul needs more of him.

Evan FelixMy only concern was the paper work marked the truck as full on the gas tank and it wasn't it was below the F mark and had to pay extra gas so I wouldn't get charged. Overall great loved the lady at the front desk she was awesome!

CORRINDA LATHANTruck was dirty, I vacuumed it out. Also put more fuel in it when I returned it than what I received when I picked it up. Poor customer service and cost me $450 in movers that didn't move my home because I had a guaranteed 26' truck that wasn't available to pick up. Reservation was changed and I was no informed until two hours before pickup.

RICHARD NOBLEI received excellent customer service, and the lady at the desk was very accommodating of my needs. I think she should get a raise.
KENNETH BUXTONThe truck was not safe. The agent risked my safety when he said "The steering is a little loose." When driving in moderate winds I was unable to keep the truck in its lane, not because of the wind, but because of the loose steering. This is a dangerous truck and should not be on the road in its current condition.

Ying ZhuTake a picture of the gas gauge and the odometer. That way there will be no confusion whatsoever on the current readings. I myself do this every time I rent anything. For myself, just to be safe and sure. Arron and Kendra were awesome. Thank you Daniel ??
