The drop off location was perfect, The staff was helpful and very professional, Clean cut and groomed. They? Even had smiles on their faces... Excellent customer service.

Stephen MWe did the nighttime drop off. The app is not at all user friendly. We ended up taking pictures of everything and locking up the truck and had to go back in the morning to return the key.
