Tell customers where the key drop box is. We returned the truck in front of the building where we picked it up in the dirt. It said put the keys in the drop box just in side the unlocked door. When we were leaving we realized there was a drop box to the side of the building also. I did call to let them know, but a quick this is the return spot woukd have been great!

David MI have rented from Uhaul several times over the years and this time I had one of the worst experiences the day before i was to pick up my truck they changed locations for the pickup ai was supposed to get it at 7 am and the dealer opened at 7 am instead the new location did not open until 93o am i ended up losing almost 2 hrs. because of this and had people waiting to help load and put them in a situation were they nhad to leave me early
JOHN SWe arranged early pickup, but it did work. We had to stand around for an hour to wait for the place to open.
