vikki wCustomer service was horrible! I was not able to pick up truck for almost 2 hours because the Agent was not there & no one else was able to help. When contacted via phone, the Agent was very unsupportive. When I tried to convey my frustrations, I was told "I don't have time to deal with this, I'm busy. Call the 1-800 number." I am a very unsatisfied customer & I would not be picking up a reservation from that location again even though it is the closest to my home.
