joseph S.Nothing against the location in particular. Instead, the fuel gauge defective, therefore I was charged extra for fuel I had already put in. Leaving the gas station the fuel gauge showed proper levels. After driving less than 1/8 mile, the fuel gauge dropped by almost 1/8 of a tank. Would not recommend using U-haul due to unprofessional practice of apparent fuel gauge tampering.

Mike C.They overcharged us, I rented the uhaul from Wednesday to Friday and they added it as returned on Monday and I got charged for another 3 days.

I originally scheduled this on 12/25 but had to abandon my plan and reschedule as I tried to check-in for an hour and a half with u-haul staff assistance with no success. This was a very frustrating experience that I don't think I would try again.

Arthur A.They need to be resent. I had to wait for someone to help me and when they showed up; it took way to long to rent the equipment. They were playing on there phone while entering my info on computer. Anddd the person who took my info on the phone before I got there; booked the wrong dates. So it had to be changed. And that's took more time for me to wait..
Kastino T.Honestly, the customer service was easier dealing with the rental people directly than with Uhaul. The phone app pickup/return was very handy but I had to deal with last minute changes and calls and confusion from Uhaul itself. You're almost there but not yet!
Matt D.Helpful staff in Fallsburg. However I made my reservation in Monticello, NY at Crottys. When I got there to do my mobile check in I was referred to the UHaul site phone number and then sent to Fallsburg. A nearby town. It all worked out ok. But I was delayed an hour in a long day of delivering a painting 150 miles and returning the truck the same day. An email the day before would have been helpful.
