ISRAELL BI have to admit, this location is one of the better places even though I experienced a contract disputes in the past. Efficient and professional.
NATE GThough my complaint has nothing to do with the facility in which I picked up, and returned the U-HAUL van, when I originally phoned to inquire about rates and fee's, I was quoted one price per mile only to find out that I was charged a higher fee when returning the vehicle. In addition, my experience with customer service became combative when discussing the extension of the rental and final bill. Not once, but twice.
