I have been charged for 154 mit's an additional $90 to my charges I am not happy Dallas and Terrell are 23 miles apart not 154. I have put in a dispute over the mileage and being overcharge for that and have yet to receive a call back

Put the measurements for the entrances into trailers. The wider trailer has the same dive entrance which can be deceiving. I thought I could load a wider mower in the wider trailer but 6' and 5' width trailers had same size gate which didn't work for me. Also may want to have ramps available to rent for enclosed trailers.

I reserved a furniture dolly a week ahead and when I picked my Truck up,they didn't have a dolly.I think they should have called and let me know so I could have secured one from somebody else.

The staff at this location was INCREDIBLE!!!! There was a little bit of a wait time on the vehicle as the previous renter hadn't returned it by the time we arrived, but the staff communicated fully and made my wait time pleasant. I will definitely return for any future rental needs!

You need to improve the proformance of your software for both pickup and return. The software crashed during pickup and drop-off. Great service for after hours checkin requires less painful software that is much more customer friendly.

The lady that helped us there at BTA storage she was very good at her job I will recommend that place for anybody if I knew ahead of time before I got a storage I will chose that place

Trailer was not clean, looked like they had been hauling animal, had to use a bucket of soapie water and a broom to wash out the trailer before I could load it. I had to cover the floor with plastic to prevent my boxes from getting wet. Very disappointed, trailer resurvation location did not have trailer when I got there and then had to drive about 80 miles to get a trailer. Put me over 2 hour behind schedule.

This location was great, as was the office staff. There were no problems and they allowed us a late return since the pickup and drop off location got changed the day of by another office.

The steering wheel felt dirty and the cab floor had dirt all over it. Had to wipe them both down.

You allowed a Rental Van with a flat tire because of some mechanical failure to be rented, and when I called back in I was told to just keep airing it up. That costs $2 every time I had to add air. You (Haul) owe me money.

Worst experience. Uhaul staff hooked the wrong tow to my truck and has been trying to charge my account for failure to return equipment. It was your staff's error, not mine so why do I have pay for such lousy service. Had to wait 4 hours past my reservation because no truck was available and had to go to a different location for a tow. Horrible

Associate was very helpful throughout our contract. She even contacted me before I told the office I moved out to see if I wanted to continue storing there. Instead of letting it go, knowing I moved my stuff and charging another month. Will return and spread the word about the excellent customer service. Thanks for being honest.

I found this storage place as a great place to store my boat. I signed the contract the next day and was hoping to have my boat there the next day, but I told the manager that many times I come in late at night from the lake and I needed 24-7 access. They wanted to charge me $15 extra for that which doesn't cost them a red cent. I told them I was not paying $180 a year more and they would not budge, so I told them to cancel my contract. Very disappointing and bad customer service. I'm surprised they didn't have a fee for my vehicle being black.

I had my belongings there over 6 yrs and seemed safe and secure. I didn't know what to expect when I opened the door for the first time after 6 years but I didn't expect it to stay perfect either. Everything got kinda dusty and dirty but what can you expect, the units are outside...but it all stayed dry as far as I can tell which is all I cared about. Very nice people. Only thing I wished is that there was trash cans or dumpster available so I could have thrown some stuff away and more lights would be good but overall it's a great place...secure...many cameras...wide aisles with plenty of room for the biggest U-Haul trucks to get around and staff was great... highly recommend and would use again!

I rented 2 parking spots for my trucking business to store my trucks every day after the drivers finished running. We are in the gravel and sand business, so we needed a place to park every night and all weekend. This facility is perfect for this! However, if you are a small business and are forced to do your own maintenance and repair, they do not allow this type of work to be done on their lot. The facility is well lit up front where the buildings are but toward the back where trucks park the lighting is practically non-existent. Security was great with the entrance gate being code access and we paid for the 24/7 access due to our operating hours so this was a huge benefit for us and the way that we operate. Location is great and the office staff that I dealt with were EXCELLENT!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, I would just encourage people to make a plan for maintenance, cleaning, and repair of your rigs if for whatever reason you do that yourself.

When I printed receipt I realized insurance was NECESSARY. I can buy a shed for a year`s price of storage and insurance, and it will be on the land I am building on.
