Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWonderful, helpful and patient people!
John W | RéservationI had very pleased with the App and pricing was accurate. I did make a reservations the App. They also have one of the lock in the business. The staff even told the time to show me the unit. As far as pricing very good for the space
James A | RéservationThe process was easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, the property and building was very clean. Thank you so much, a very positive experience!
Kathy F | RéservationAssociate was very helpful throughout our contract. She even contacted me before I told the office I moved out to see if I wanted to continue storing there. Instead of letting it go, knowing I moved my stuff and charging another month. Will return and spread the word about the excellent customer service. Thanks for being honest.
Michael S | Expérience généraleI love this facility and all the staff are so friendly and very helpful...
Lori R | Expérience généraleI have never had a better storage experience anywhere. I would recommend BTA Terrell and Royce City to anyone. They are just great.
Vernon R | Expérience généraleI loved this parking situation but the price became the highest in the whole DFW.
Christopher M | Expérience généraleVery helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend.
Donald H | Expérience généraleI found this storage place as a great place to store my boat. I signed the contract the next day and was hoping to have my boat there the next day, but I told the manager that many times I come in late at night from the lake and I needed 24-7 access. They wanted to charge me $15.00 extra for that which doesn’t cost them a red cent. I told them I was not paying $180.00 a year more and they would not budge, so I told them to cancel my contract. Very disappointing and bad customer service. I’m surprised they didn’t have a fee for my vehicle being black.
Gregory L | Expérience généraleIt was a good experience during a stressful time. Every staff person was extremely nice and helpful b
Sheree D | Expérience généraleHad no problems, very friendly service
Bruce B | Expérience généraleI will use the facilities again. The staff was helpful and diligent. Very friendly as well.
Martin F | Expérience généraleGood experience with facility and staff. Will return I'm sure in the future.
DANIEL T | Expérience généraleVery good experience for checkin, access, and checkout.
Michael W | Expérience généraleI had my belongings there over 6 yrs and seemed safe and secure. I didn't know what to expect when I opened the door for the first time after 6 years but I didn't expect it to stay perfect either. Everything got kinda dusty and dirty but what can you expect, the units are outside...but it all stayed dry as far as I can tell which is all I cared about. Very nice people. Only thing I wished is that there was trash cans or dumpster available so I could have thrown some stuff away and more lights would be good but overall it's a great place...secure...many cameras...wide aisles with plenty of room for the biggest U-Haul trucks to get around and staff was great... highly recommend and would use again!
WILLIAM H | Expérience généraleGreat staff and Angela is the best! Best customer service from her I have had in a while.
Stephen M | Expérience généraleI rented 2 parking spots for my trucking business to store my trucks every day after the drivers finished running. We are in the gravel and sand business, so we needed a place to park every night and all weekend. This facility is perfect for this! However, if you are a small business and are forced to do your own maintenance and repair, they do not allow this type of work to be done on their lot. The facility is well lit up front where the buildings are but toward the back where trucks park the lighting is practically non-existent. Security was great with the entrance gate being code access and we paid for the 24/7 access due to our operating hours so this was a huge benefit for us and the way that we operate. Location is great and the office staff that I dealt with were EXCELLENT!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, I would just encourage people to make a plan for maintenance, cleaning, and repair of your rigs if for whatever reason you do that yourself.
