Experience was Wonderful! I changed my dates several times & each time I was treated so good & I truly could tell they didn't mind me driving them crazy changing dates on them. Great service at BTA Storage in Terrell Texas!

Great service. They helped us get a credit on blankets that we didn't use and they kept my sunglasses I left in the truck after they cleaned it out. I would recommend this location to people.

Online check in is horrible. The website is poor and will not keep connection for you to check in online. I hate the website, so inconvenient for customers wanting to returning equipment after hours.

Equipment was decent but the vehicle needed servicing, it used way to much fuel for the miles drove. 5 full tanks of fuel is extreme for vehicle that was basically empty. And I didn't even put 1000 miles on it.

Associate was very helpful throughout our contract. She even contacted me before I told the office I moved out to see if I wanted to continue storing there. Instead of letting it go, knowing I moved my stuff and charging another month. Will return and spread the word about the excellent customer service. Thanks for being honest.

Location was great, but the overall experience was horrible. I chose to do online pickup to get an early start but the website would not allow me. I had all of the settings correct. When I called in to pickup the truck the wait time was over an hour. I then wasted a whole hour for the location to open so I could check out the truck. When I tried to return the truck the the website I had the same issue. I called and was informed of a wait time of over an hour. I placed a request for a call when it was my turn in line, but when I received the call it was disconnected after being on hold for another 10 minutes. After being disconnected I called and was on hold for ANOTHER 30 minutes. When I finally got through I checked the truck out. Now about the actual vehicle. The ignition was sticky and was hard to either start the truck or remove the key from the slot. The float inside the fuel tank is stuck, so I ended putting way more gas in the truck than was needed, and in the present day and time it is an extra cost that was not accounted for. Like I previously stated the location itself was clean and the staff friendly, but the experience with U HAUL was horrible. Doubt anyone actually reads this but maybe just maybe they will….

Make sure everything is working on the trailer before someone picks it up. And then when it's not working don't send them to another location on their time they should be packing/moving to get it fixed. And even after that it still wasn't working(the tail lights and signals)

Im very upset that I was charged for an extra gallon even though I filled it back to the level of gas that was given to me. I kept a picture of my contract as proof. I will share my bad experience with my over 18 000 followers on Twitter!

I found this storage place as a great place to store my boat. I signed the contract the next day and was hoping to have my boat there the next day, but I told the manager that many times I come in late at night from the lake and I needed 24-7 access. They wanted to charge me $15 extra for that which doesn't cost them a red cent. I told them I was not paying $180 a year more and they would not budge, so I told them to cancel my contract. Very disappointing and bad customer service. I'm surprised they didn't have a fee for my vehicle being black.

U-Haul's mobile check-out process is a disaster. I will never use it again unless U-Haul substantially updates it so that it works properly. My move was delayed 45 minutes because the website didn't function as advertised or intended. It took 20 minutes to get a customer service representative on the phone, who then had to modify my reservation several times to get the steps I needed to appear, and U-Haul also never warned me that I'd need a friend on-call to verify my identity, which naturally turned out to be problematic. Not once did the customer service rep apologize for my experience. I will use BTA storage again -- they're excellent -- but I will never use U-Haul again.

Rental truck was parked in area with huge puddles surrounding it entirely. Lock was extremely difficult to open and provided pictures of lock were inaccurate.

I had my belongings there over 6 yrs and seemed safe and secure. I didn't know what to expect when I opened the door for the first time after 6 years but I didn't expect it to stay perfect either. Everything got kinda dusty and dirty but what can you expect, the units are outside...but it all stayed dry as far as I can tell which is all I cared about. Very nice people. Only thing I wished is that there was trash cans or dumpster available so I could have thrown some stuff away and more lights would be good but overall it's a great place...secure...many cameras...wide aisles with plenty of room for the biggest U-Haul trucks to get around and staff was great... highly recommend and would use again!

I rented 2 parking spots for my trucking business to store my trucks every day after the drivers finished running. We are in the gravel and sand business, so we needed a place to park every night and all weekend. This facility is perfect for this! However, if you are a small business and are forced to do your own maintenance and repair, they do not allow this type of work to be done on their lot. The facility is well lit up front where the buildings are but toward the back where trucks park the lighting is practically non-existent. Security was great with the entrance gate being code access and we paid for the 24/7 access due to our operating hours so this was a huge benefit for us and the way that we operate. Location is great and the office staff that I dealt with were EXCELLENT!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, I would just encourage people to make a plan for maintenance, cleaning, and repair of your rigs if for whatever reason you do that yourself.

I was not told that I would have to return the truck to the same location and I left it at another and am been charged hundreds of dollar and cant get anyone to help I am willing to go pick upcand transfer to the other location

When I printed receipt I realized insurance was NECESSARY. I can buy a shed for a year`s price of storage and insurance, and it will be on the land I am building on.
