Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my pickup and turn in via the mobile app. I spent several minutes during the pickup only to have it fail on the final screen. I had a similar experience on turn in. Thankfully, I was there both times during business hours and the location owner was very helpful! I'll be hesitant to use UHaul's truck share in the future because of the problems with the mobile system.

evin iI received more help than I probably deserved. Agent at U-Haul facility helped me get my vehicle loaded onto the trailer and fully secured. Mine was a difficult one because my vehicle is low to the ground.

Susan MThe online quote for mileage cost did not match the actual per mile cost calculated in the Uhaul system. Uhaul needs to sync the two systems to avoid customer confusion and complaints.
