The return process went very smooth;y. While we were redirected to a different location to drop off the vehicle, there was no problem. The staff was able to assist us as needed and the return was handled promptly.

EUGENE FI wouldn’t recommend them because an error was made with the mileage and when I called back to the location SEVERAL times no one answered. Then when I returned the van and explained the issue and informed them that I made several attempts to call to correct the mileage mistake with no answer they sweet talked and down played the mistake while STILL charging me an EXTRA $15….giving the excuse that they were SO busy and did I see all the donations on the trucks outside that had to be unloaded so they couldn’t answer the phone, as if that was my problem. So NO they will never have to worry about me AGAIN!!
DENYSE BI didn’t have a reservation when I arrived, but the attendant was able to find me a vehicle and get me on my way. I really appreciate that.
