CHRIS MThis FORD RENTAL of equipment should be taken off the road. THE RIDE IS TERRIBLE, THE THE STEERING IS VERY LOOSE AND AT TIMES ON A BUMPY ROAD THE WHEELS FEEL LIKE THEY WILL FALL OFF. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS DOWN VERY VIOLENTLY. WHEN I AM DONE WITH A TRIP IN THIS TRUCK I FEEL WORN OUT. I RENT FROM BULLOCKS FREQUENTLY. I WISH IT WAS NOT ALWAYS THIS VEHICLE WHEN I NEED A LARGER VEHICLE.

Robert BHaving rented a number of times from Uhaul, this is the first, where I had to disconnect the trailer from my vehicle myself. No one came out for a "check out" inspection or to take drop off pictures, etc. disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Convenient location.

William HI waited for two hours to get the keys of the truck. I spent 1 hour Before I Uhaul representative helped me on the phone. A different representative hang up on the phone call after I was waiting for 30 minutes.

cheryl fNothing, the owners were - are very nice. First time there. Great place to do busy with, rent a U-Haul from. It is the people (Bill the son and his mom) that made the experience something special.
gary HIt was an auto and tire store. It was about what I expected. The store and location was just fine. However, the uhaul had a bit of damage to it such as a broken light on the back that if we hadn't noticed, we could have potentially been pulled over.

Patricia BWe rented a car carrier and we were apprehensive about hooking the trailer to the truck but the folks came out and gave us a quick course and also made sure everything was working correctly. Bullocks is primarily a car service business so the folks have a lot of mechanical knowledge.

Kara PI was called by another U-haul location and was informed that I would have to pickup the equipment there after arguing with the person calling that that I scheduled the pick up at Bullocks not a location in Wilkes Barre (this location was 30 miles from my location) The person told me that I would have to call traffic and have it delivered to the proper location I said it was not my responsibility that it should be delivered to the scheduled location. after 3 hours I finally received a call that it would be delivered to the scheduled location
Harry FIt was perfect for what we needed. The final price was a little higher than we expected but that was more our fault. It would be nice if there was a mile package option instead of a price per mile. Maybe even with a roll over option for repeat renters.
dave nThe fuel tank level indicated On my paperwork at pickup was not correct. There was actually more fuel in it than the documentation reflected. I did return it with returning the fuel to the correct level.
