Meri HThe gentleman helping us at Bullocks was very helpful, however, our experience with Uhaul specifically leading up was frustrating. Our pickup location was moved from Kingston to this location with a later pickup time, and the equipment we purchased (mattress covers and TV box) were not moved to this location, so we still had to drive to the original one I selected (in Kingston) to pick those up. Additionally, the gentleman at Bullocks could not access our reservation to check us in, but I specifically selected in-person counter pickup to avoid technical issues. When we drove over to Kingston to collect our pre-purchased items, Kingston informed us all credit card payments were down. It was a poor experience from Uhaul's end.
