TIMOTHY W.The uhaul I first received in Burton Ohio had a check engine light on. The lady was absolutely horrible and rude to work with. She was rude to Richard Collins and Vice President Andrew. The second uhaul had old McDonalds fries in it and not cleaned up at all.

DANIEL M.My original reservation was guaranteed in Willoughby, OH but the owner, Nick, loaned the trailer out to someone else so it wasn't available for my pickup time. I had to drive almost 2 hours out of my way to Burton, OH to pick up the trailer. I want my $50 guarantee refund since my equipment wasn't ready where you said it would be. The trailer was also missing a tie down loop inside. Overall a very frustrating and bad experience!

I reached out to the representative where I rented the U-Haul but I have not heard anything back from them yet. I need the charges reversed on my card immediately

Sat in hold for 1,25 hours before hanging up and going home and trying the return through my computer, which of course did not allow me to take the necessary pictures to complete the Check in. Total ridiculous nightmares on the return. Uhaul needs to rethink that process

ANNE W.This location was grate they had a truck we needed and ready to go! I had a reservation at another location in mentor that was not there when told in mentor Ohio. A customer did not return the truck on time. U haul services did help find that one truck but did not give me any discount for my trouble. Even charged me for being 12 mil over my rental mil. We had to call u haul 800 and told them what happened to find a truck. This location has nothing to do with this.

Didn't know where to park the truck. Parked it and walked thru the mud back to the office. The man who eventually helped us was nice though. U haul must have a better option in Newbury or Burton

TOBBIE S.This is not a review left for the pick up location of Burton Floral- they were excellent in assisting me. My experience with UHAUL was poor. I had a specific window that I was able to move in during which is why I scheduled a pick up time of 5:30AM. The order ensured me I would be able to pick up the vehicle at this time using the 24/7 mobile app. Once I arrived at the location the app told me I had to wait until 8:30AM to get the vehicle which completely ruined our move in. The location let us know that UHAUL did not notify them of the after hours pick up. I really hope this does not happen to any other customers.

CURT MARSHALL W.The dark haired woman that works there was possibly the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. She was very annoyed that we were not able to use the app to pick the truck up and continued to complain and tell us how she hates when people can't figure things out. Apparently it is my fault that your system was not functioning correctly and she felt the need to let me know that. We were dealing with moving our elderly parents to a care facility 600 miles away, and we all came from out of state to handle this. Now we have one parent back in the hospital and we're unable to complete the move. We returned the truck locally to 8140 Mayfield Rd in Chesterland, OH and the owner and his wife were extremely helpful and accommodating to our situation. Please address the person running the Burton Floral location, as she is not helping your brand in any manner.

Tracy C.As a tech guy working in the software development field, I was very impressed by the ease of use and simplicity of the process to rent, acquire, and return the truck. The only issue was not knowing from directions during the acquisition step was, where the the actual lockbox was located at this location. Luckily someone was around to kindly instruct me where it was. I think an improvement could be made to allow for more explicit and customized instructions based on the unique location. The instructions only said to get the key from the lockbox, but not where the lockbox was located in relation to this particular location. I would have never found it if someone didn't see me wandering around. It was a tad hidden. Otherwise, the staff member at this location was incredibly helpful, both telling where the lockbox was, and when I called to tell them I would be a few minutes later than my scheduled return time. Thank you for making it easy!
