Ethel JLot is awful small large trucks can't turn around. But attendant is very easy to work with and accommodating. I have rented here four or five times- always a good experience. I will continue to rent here as long as he has U-Haul equipment.

AYRES HThe owners were super nice and friendly. The only issue I have is that I had a 10" reserved for 2 days. The day before pick up i was called by Tommy and asked if I still needed the truck and I did but I thought i would only need it for 1 day instead of 2. He then asked me if I could pick up truck earlier than I had planned and return it by 330 that afternoon cause he my truck that I had officially reserved for 2 days going back out that same afternoon at 4. How if my truck was reserved for 2 days was it going back out on day 1 when Tommy did not know when he double booked it, that I only needed it for one day? Kinda like he double booked truck for extra money

Kenny WNot knowledgeable about equipment and was unaware that the 26' trucks have different weight capacities. They tried to give equipment out that did not match paperwork. I had 48 furniture pads reserved and the location only had 7 on hand. I had to add air to my auto transport trailer and the front passenger tire on the 26' truck was balding and needing replacement. Overall, not my best experience with the U-Haul company this move. Will be exploring other options for my next move.
