We dropped off the truck when the business was closed. The worker who checked the truck the next morning said we had not swept the truck out, when we had and said that the gas was less than half a tank when we had filled it halfway. She put extra charges on the credit card, which i protested.After this will have to take pictures.

Was told that I would get reimbursed if I turned it in early and did not. Only had it for a few hours instead of two days

When I called them Saturday morning and told them I needed to keep the truck an extra day, they said fine it'll just be an extra $40. I said what about the mileage and what time did I need to bring it back, she told me it was just going to be an extra $40 and to bring it back before they closed at 4:30!!! At 11:45am they were calling me, but I was already outside then she told me my total was $95 because I went over the miles when I clearly asked her about miles and she told me $40!!! I was highly pissed and will not do business with u-haul anymore!!!
