THOMAS GI bought extra insurance that the sales representative recommended and accidentally damaged an object and come to find out that the insurance was a total scam. It didn't cover anything and neither does my in my car insurance. I'm so disappointed in U-Haul. KEVIN MWe went after hours so there was no personnel there at that time, but no option above to say N/A. It was a great location, very large, with lots of parking options. It was also well lit, which was much appreciated. The key drop box was easy to find, and also well lit. We will use this location again. Fortement recommandé!

KEVIN MReserved this on the U-Haul app . I picked the trailer up after hours and there's no clear direction of how to do that. I received a text message the day after picking it up and was threatened that if not returned it would be reported stolen! I called the office to clear up the situation and apologized for the incident and was treated terribly by Pam. I was told to call another person and did twice also leaving a message have yet to hear back. I finally received my directions on what trailer to pickup a day late. Luckily we picked up the right one in the first place. I was told that trailer only stayed local but on the app put in we were dropping it off Sunday in Mooresville NC. Almost forgot to mention, before leaving we pulled in front of the camera so they would have our tag number . I definitely would be cautious of renting from this office. At the end of the day mistakes were made on both sides but they don't have to treat people like criminals!

Kevin MMost things were as expected. The Trailer worked out great, and pickup & drop off were both easy.
CRAIG LNo one was here when I dropped off the trailer, and it didn't have good directions as where to leave it, but they did call me back first thing the next morning and were super polite. This was the only positive thing about the entire u-haul transaction.

Kevin MThe app for returns to junk. It continually locked up and eventually stopped letting me complete the return once I got past the payment screen. That means I couldn't submit interior and exterior pics, just the odometer one. Please make an app that works! I also changed the "recommend to a friend" response from N/A to "no" since this form won't recognize their own option as acceptable.
