KEVIN MReserved this on the U-Haul app . I picked the trailer up after hours and there’s no clear direction of how to do that. I received a text message the day after picking it up and was threatened that if not returned it would be reported stolen! I called the office to clear up the situation and apologized for the incident and was treated terribly by Pam. I was told to call another person and did twice also leaving a message have yet to hear back. I finally received my directions on what trailer to pickup a day late. Luckily we picked up the right one in the first place. I was told that trailer only stayed local but on the app put in we were dropping it off Sunday in Mooresville NC. Almost forgot to mention, before leaving we pulled in front of the camera so they would have our tag number . I definitely would be cautious of renting from this office. At the end of the day mistakes were made on both sides but they don’t have to treat people like criminals!
