My overall experience was a delight. The man in charge of rentals was an absolute delight to speak with. The only issue I had was I hate the side mirrors. They break the driver view making it difficult to distinguish where traffic is on either side. Other than that I would absolutely recommend THIS company for your moving needs.ELLEN B.

Truck was not at location that was "guaranteed" by uhaul. I had to travel to a different location to pick up the truck. Was a pain because it was moving day and I had people waiting for me.Martin C.

I returned the truck as agreed at 5:30pm and filled gas tank. They charged a 20 dollar â€œafter hours service feeâ€. I'll never go back again. No reason for an extra charge. Yankee storage does not do this when we rent uhauls.Harry F.

Your website was down when I went to return the truck. Makes it impossible to do the drop off online. Business where I dropped it off was not open on Sunday. Had to drive back to the drop off location the next day (35 miles out of my way) when your site was back online to use it to do the return. Couldn't give you the pictures you wanted because I had already dropped off the keys in the lock box. This should have been an easy rent/return set up but without your website it turned in to a huge waste of my time and a real inconvenience.Benjamin C.
