After completing the check in process, I was told where the trailer was located, when the trailer ID number was, and then told to go get it. I had to hook the trailer up by myself, nobody came to inspect my truck or how the trailer was hooked up as I was accustomed too from previous uses.Caleb G.
There was garbage in the cab and overall was not cleaned well. The gas tank was not full. The check engine light came on soon after pick up.Thomas D.

Would not accept my card, even though they took a deposit off of. Then made me get cash, which I then had to pay another deposit which I now have to wait to be mailed to me. Also I received the truck an hour later than what was listed for a return time! I've used U-haul several times in the last few years, but after this! Never again!Troy W.

People were excellent and business was very clean, well maintained. Of the 4 tires on the trailer, 1 was a radial where the other 3 were standard Carlisle bias ply and of the 3 Carlisle, 1 was visually smaller. When I mentioned this, the only comment was â€œU Haul has Roadside assistance â€œ. I ended up calling RSA and getting that 1 â€œsmallerâ€ Carlisle replaced before I even left Rochester as it was pretty much flat by the time I drove the ~5 miles to my load location. I'm not certain what the corporate expectation for renting locations is as far as maintenance on the fleet but my expectation is I am hooking up to a fully ready piece of equipment and that was not the case.MARK N.
