When we reserved our U-Haul truck on line we chose Windom MN as the drop off location which was confirmed with our reservation.. When we picked up the truck at Byron Auto they told us there isn't a drop off location there which we know there is. We assume that is where the problem arose that we weren't able to drop the truck in Windom (the drop location was right across the road from our hotel), as the app wouldn't allow us to check it in there. Instead we were forced to drive 56 miles not only with the truck that put us over the mileage limit but also with our personal car and waste over an hour's time to return the truck in St. James.

Bruno cVery helpful staff
conrad wStaff was very courteous and helpful. They were very quick and got us the uhaul van in a timely manner.
Bhavinkumar NApp was laggy and wasn't very efficient. I understand I had issues submitting a proper picture, but the mobile pick up process was very buggy. I do not think I will use mobile pick up again
