Not a lot of choice of vehicles. Could have used a van or a pick up truck for our job.

Michael DI initially reserved this Truck to be a mobile pick up @ 6am. I had all kinds of issues trying to use Mobile pick up. 2 out of 6 times using Mobile check in I've been totally successful. Most of the time the issue it was reception with phone. But this time wasn't. I woke up at 5am to be ready to pick up Truck at 6am. But, because of issues with using the Mobile check in I had to change the reserved time to 9am when this location opened. This really messed up my Day and Schedule.
Ernest JThe only issue I had was with UHaul, not this location. When I got there to pick up the truck, UHaul still had not sent the reservation or it was lost. It took an extra 45 minutes to pick up the truck. Other than that, truck ran great and worked out great.

JOHN KI paid for an extra day and it kept not coming up on my account that I'd done that. I think maybe the guy was just misreading the screen, but it happened more than once. Just a minor thing, easily straightened out. Overall a very good experience!

Dale HThey were not prepared at all. We showed up at the reserved time to pick up the trailer, they didn't have anyone there for 2-3hr AFTER to inspect it to make sure we could drive and and when someone finally showed up, they didn't even inspect it. Waste of time, very unorganized. They told us we needed a 2in balm to tow the trailer, AFTER we purchased a 2 inch ball, the trailer could fit 1 and 7/8 that we already had. Very disappointed with Campionis and wouldn't want to rent from there again. I do not recommend unless you have all no time Strain and can sit around waiting for them to figure it out.

James MWas very displeased with returning the unit we rented. Had to wait for the employee to report to work' to check the rental truck in. Was told it would be 8am. The employee didn't show up until 8:20. Then' we asked when we rented to if we could smoke in it, since it had an ashtray. We were told yes. Yet' were charged 25. Cause of smoking in the truck. We requested a final receipt. They couldn't print one out. Offered to send one via email. NEVER GOT A RECEIPT. JUST VERY DISPLEASED WITH OVERALL. AND MY MONEY SPENDS GOOD ANYWHERE. WILL NOT BE USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
Jessica PDO ALIGNMENTS ON YOUR TRUCKS! Give the locations a DIRECT and FAST connection to customer service to fix problems. The people at the location were kind and helpful, but I had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck due to customer service changing my reservation without my consent. The location was unable to fix it without calling customer service. I had traveled nearly 3 hours already with a baby in the car. And was traveling back nearly 3 hours the same day after loading the truck!!! UNACCEPTABLE.
Sara Gthis was not scheduled pick up location. second time in a row uhaul didnt have the reserved equiptment i wanted and also both times had to go extra 25 minutes wrong way to get it. they did however not charge me more for different equiptment, however a truck twice the size used a LOT more fuel than i needed. truck reeked of smoke and had previous renters paperwork and information in it

THOMAS VEmployee tried to lie about damage done to the truck. He said pictures were taken when I picked the truck up with no damage, but the only pictures he had were from 3 months ago. He also did not know how to check in a truck and need to call for assistance which too way longer than it should.

CARLI DIt took 2 hours to pick up my reserved truck even though I had a reservation with a pickup time.
Emily BMask use during the pandemic was inconsistent. My drop off location was changed to one twenty minutes away, and I had to raise my voice and call the customer service line at uhaul to drop off at the contracted location. It was an hour waste of my time, but I had no choice, my car was there and I didn't have a second driver.

Gerald YI told the employee that I had an AWD vehicle I needed to tow, and she told me that the tow dolly would work well for that. Well, you can't tow an all wheel drive vehicle with a tow dolly without removing the drive axle, which I don't think most normal people can do, so I'd work on training your staff to know what can and can't be used.

John CWhen trailer returned, you need someone strong enough to take the trailer for return.... it’s heavy and a little girl could not handle the weight to take it off the hitch.
David SBad customer service. The out side of the truck was very dirty. The inside of the box and truck was clean. The sales person helping me said I was being to picky showing damage during my inspection.
Dale SI started by waiting 45 minutes to talk to someone (I was the only one in line) if there were any customers I could understand but I appeared to be one of three people in the entire store for the hour+ I was there - OK I still would have given 3-4 stars after that because the girl who did help me was nice despite the fact she should have told me I didn't need the insurance instead of making me feel like I had to have it (checking with my car ins later I was fully covered without it but since the worker had no training on what it was even for I found this out later because I wanted to know on case it were to come up again) but I suppose the best I can do now is learn from this mistake and warn others not to be misled by the made-up/nonsense ads for pricing. First of all the worker couldn't tell me anything about the insurance options except that she didn't think my car ins covered me (like it would with any other car rental) so I felt forced into buying the lower option of $23/$25 even though no one could tell me anything about what that covered except the bigger $70 something dollar one was only for canopy damage?? The van I wanted was listed at $19, that was likely a website problem that said they even had that as the gal told me they never carry those vehicles - so ok I understand that - I go for the smallest available option $29 plus $0,69/mile. I went 36 miles total, I had reset the trip before I left the rental place, returned it an hour or two early and because no one was around again from u-haul they said "I'll do my best to make sure no late fee goes on" around 1pm - this was no after hours business or anything. I was charged $91 NINETY ONE dollars to use a truck - oh and I had to put $15 in gas in it so make that $116 ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN DOLLARS to use a truck for less than a day to go to the next town and back once. This is so far past false advertising I don't even know what to call it?! I should have left when no one was there after 30 mins but I thought I was getting a decent affordable option where I didn't need to ask a friend for help - little did I know... So I stayed and waited for someone to be tracked down, I just lost my father and was on a tight time table to move his things, I really didn't have time to think it through again - when the price goes from $29/$50 up to $81 plus gas, plus I was charged $10 mystery dollars on top of that after I returned it - I can see now I should have walked away, but at the time I somehow thought I'd be refunded some money as she told me "some of this will probably come off when you return it" OH and thankfully I caught that I was being charged a second day because the total charges were close to $200 and I was told "don't worry about the $100 unless you're paying cash" which I planned to but decided to use my card as she said that was easier - I realized later she meant that was an extra deposit charge but I was so unclear at the time and I was very nearly charged for 2 days and very nearl

Jeff CHave more people at the store who know how to process a U-Haul rental. Had to delay my trip a couple hours or pay for an extra day if I picked it up the night before. Wanted to get the move done in one day.
Marc NThe wait inside was long. The computer equipment was not working. The truck was covered in snow and did not include a brush. (It was late November. It had already been snowing for weeks. The location sells brushes. It was reasonable to expect that there would be one in the truck.) The parking lot had been plowed such that there was a small snowbank blocking the truck in, and the truck was on ice, so it was very difficult to get it out of its spot. One of us went back inside to ask for help, but the other was able to get the truck out before help came. Other than that, everything was fine. The truck was in good shape. Everything worked as expected.

David MWe made a rental agreement for a 5x8 cargo trailer. That was changed by your company to a 4x8 which did not fit the furniture we had to move. We were moving my son out of school 8 hours from home. The agreement was also changed to a location 15 mile farther away without letting me know in a different city. The location therefore did not have the proper trailer and the staff had no idea what to do to fix the problem. We ended up using the smaller trailer and could not fit my sons dresser in it to bring it home. I'm really upset with the fact the I rented this 2 months prior to actually need it, confirmed it 2 days prior to needing it and was basically told we don't have what you rented.. tough luck. On top of that the trailer did not have the proper wiring harness so someone had to steal from another trailer to make it work.
Matthew SFirst I was told I owed an extra $119 I asked why they said I returned equipment late, I said it was due back on Tuesday (November 19) I returned it Sunday November 17th how can it be late? Then I was told it was because I returned the uhaul with less gas in it. I said but you have my 100 cash deposit, they said it cost 118 to fill it up. (For less than a 1/2 tabk?) I'm calling b.s. so I still don't understand how I owe a. Extra $119.00. When I should of been getting a refund.

Michael JWe were very pleased with our experience. Our only complaint would be that the pull out ramp is a bit steep but it's understandable that you have to consider folks that may not have much room for a longer ramp.
