Only one person handles the rentals, so if he's busy, you will have to wait. Easy pick up and drop off. Very nice, heavy duty trailer though, and a reasonable price. Very pleased with the rental! Merci!

The trailer supplied for this trip was not in great shape. The roller door was hard to open and close, and a few of the tie down rails inside the trailer were broken or missing in a few locations where I needed to tie down. The inside tie down rails with the small slots are also harder to use than prior trailers I rented, and the one at the front of this trailer. On a positive note, the new hitch latch is much easier to use.
Joseph PThis business relies heavily on one individual that is fully qualified to service the U-Haul customer. Needs a better operations manager.
MICHAEL IElliott was extremely rude. Pretty much called my husband a liar. But when we dropped the trailer off the same trailer had the longer light piece on it at the drop off location.
Quinci CNot a lot of choice of vehicles. Could have used a van or a pick up truck for our job.
