Actually the return was handled by Jeff the area supervisor and was great! A little issue with the tow dolly on the road from a repair done incorrectly. I had to stop and recover a tail light that fell out and then fix for the remainder of the trip.

Kent MI was charged a $15 fee for "safe" something that was added to my order upon pickup. I called uhaul to tell them I did NOT request it and I was told that when I dropped off the uhaul trailer the charge would be removed at the uhaul dealer. Upon drop off, Uhaul said the charge had been removed; however, I checked my credit card and it has not been removed.
leisa cU-Haul could increase their gross income by taking good care of the people that provide their equipment. Little things mean alot. It's time for over-paid, lazy button pushers to get out of the office and get to know your providers and help them sharpen their skills. U-Haul is an excellent company. But you have to put out effort to keep it that way.
mitch bHad to change drop off locations because my first locale was locked. Called and was told they have no room. That was bullshit because I was sitting at their gate. Told her so and then she said she was out of town. Had to fine another place, Calhoun, and was told I could be charged because it was not the place I selected. Took an hour to get resolved. Got home two hour late.
Tim CWell the location said they're not even renewing their contract with uhaul so they wouldn't allow me to drop off the trailer and had to change my drop off location so that was an inconvenience to me. They assigned me at first, a trailer that wasn't even on their lot. They claimed it was probably "stolen" and joked about it. They were very "inconvenience" by my presence. Took 4 hours to send me the new "contract" with the new trailer since they had to assign me a different one. Also they told me even at the new drop off location, if I returned it after hours I'll still be charged 20$ no matter what if it's cleaned or not.
LORIAL VBad all around from the friendliness of the staff to the condition of the trailer. No help with anything. The trailer I rented wobbled and shimmied the whole trip. There was also water inside the trailer; thankfully the forecast was sunny for the time I needed it.
Bryan LI dripped the truck off after working hours. The location was fine. The drop key box was not very secure. Someone could stick there hand into the box and take a key out.

DAVID WSmall place but nice people. If I was renting there it could be an issue due to very low inventory. Very convenient tho.
William PI called ahead to let them know that I would probably not arrive until close to closing time. When I got there, the U-Haul representative had already left for the day. I had to unhook the trailer myself. They did not get it checked in until late the following day, so I had to call U-Haul and have the additional charge reversed from my account.
John PC&L did everything they could do to make the rental experience fantastic. I will definitely use this u-haul location again.

JACQUELINE DUhaul messed up my reservations 3 times. My drop off location was not right either. Waste gas and had to call to figure out where to drop off the truck.

Todd CI had a 6x12 trailer that I was asked to unhitch by myself - I'm a 57 year-old woman with a knee brace! There was no way I could lift the trailer off the hitch by myself. They reluctantly sent a gentleman to help me. I was not happy with the unwelcoming and unhelpful manner in which I was greeted.

Just odd for a truck so new made you wonder if it's good to go or just fixed enough to rent it back out . Office personal was excellent and accommodating .over all a good place and honest . What was not great was the next day when I received a call from a really rude lady talking about how I'd have to pay 50 extra if it wasn't back by a certain time. The paperwork I had already filled out verified that I was within my window. She was super rude and unhelpful and unwilling to even listen to me. If y'all have people who regularly treat people like this working for you, I won't be recommending you to anyone ever again.

Jeff PWe reserved a 10 fr truck in one location. We were called the day before saying that there truck was ready OUT OF STATE. We ended up having to get a 20 ft truck which we didn't need and drove mostly empty. The customer service rep could have been friendlier.
