Partly my fault that I didn't get a receipt, but the guy never logged my tow in as returned. Thankfully received a phone call from another location asking if I still had it as I never dropped it off (was confused on locations) and when I went to speak to the original guy, he had no recollection of anything. Luckily I had a photo of the trailer and was able to point it out immediately. Of course blamed the system.

We were told to drop off at 3802 via text but then. Guy from 3818 told use we had to drop off with him across from the Latrobe movie theater, I had to call a dispatch # to confirm this, was told I would have to pay more $ if I didn't drop off at this 3818 location. It was a hassle. We had to go into a vape shoppe in order to turn in keys as no one was at this location.

The last 2 rentals we had pickup was perfect but your company changed the drop off locations and caused us grief. This is unacceptable to us and we will most likely NEVER rent from you again. This time we even got a phone call from where you decided to change drop off to and caused frustration because yes, the trailer was not where you picked.

The personnel did not help with the trailer. I'm 63 years old I had to disconnect the trailer myself. The personnel did not even give me a receipt. No help what so ever.

I singed up to rent a truck from the large U-Haul store in Latrobe, PA. I was to pick up a 15 foot truck, along with furniture pads and a dolly. At the last minute, U-Haul notified me that my pick up location was moved a mile down the street to the Car Factory. The rental was easy, but the truck was covered in snow, there was a crack in the windshield, and the left back double mounts were at 20 and 70 PSI instead of 80 like they should be. Also, no dolly or furniture pads. So, I had to go to the large U-Haul location down the street... the one I originally wanted to go to... to get my dolly, pads and get air in my tires. I am not mad at Car Factory, but the whole process was made more difficult for no reason. This should have been a one stop for everything, instead of me running around.

I was instructed to drop the truck off at a local Quality Inn. It surprised the desk clerk. We weren't able to reach anyone to confirm, so we went with it anyway. Some signage and notification to the desk staff might have helped.

The truck had cigarette ashes and mud in the cab and the back of the truck was dirty as well. The location was not well marked.
