We were told to drop off at 3802 via text but then. Guy from 3818 told use we had to drop off with him across from the Latrobe movie theater, I had to call a dispatch # to confirm this, was told I would have to pay more $ if I didn't drop off at this 3818 location. It was a hassle. We had to go into a vape shoppe in order to turn in keys as no one was at this location.

Duncan L.The last 2 rentals we had pickup was perfect but your company changed the drop off locations and caused us grief. This is unacceptable to us and we will most likely NEVER rent from you again. This time we even got a phone call from where you decided to change drop off to and caused frustration because yes, the trailer was not where you picked.
