Jeremy BGood morning, I never did receive a receipt, there was no attachment once I opened the link. However, once I received my credit card statement it showed payment of a bill for $80,89 which is incorrect, I was overcharged. I rented the cargo vehicle for $19,5 per day for 2 days. That should be $39 before taxes which I know is not $40.00. I replaced the gas and brought the van back within 2 days. Kindly adjust this bill and refund the error difference. Thank you, Faye Fields

John FThey gave me the tank less than half full. I had to fill it out. Then when I arrived to my destination I had only used 1/4 of a tank. I had 3/4 tank full. (60 gallon tank, they never explained this to me. I had to find out on my own) I requested a refund and they refused. The experience would have been great if they had been fair and give me a refund. However, I paid for and extra 15 gallons which they refused to refund. Otherwise, I would recommend them.
Rolando SWe got charged $36 for gas when we brought it back with MORE gas than it had when we picked it up and we cleaned it out. When we picked it up there was debris in the back. We won't be using this location again.

Shameka lFirst original location I went to was closed even though the hours of operation on the door they should've still been open. I found this other U-Haul provider last minute. Got charged all kind of extra fees had an extra $200 come out the day prior. Try to get an explanation the Other person on the phone was very rude. Didn't even break down every line item to get to the total when I asked, you know that doesn't equal what I paid. I got more attitude.I will never use U-Haul again. I've always used U-Haul and never been so disrespected in my entire life. But you've lost a customer for life.

Kristi DThe only thing I thought was so wrongly done towards me, was that I set the location for my reservation and then the day before my reservation I got a text message confirming my reservation but at a different location that I did not choose and this location was way out of the way and I wasn't notified about the change at all. The $50 money hack guarantee for moving the location or changing truck size is a scam, it's not true and they won't give that to you. I mentioned it and they beat around about it and was like call your local office and see if they can move your location back to where u set it so when I did they sent it back to the location but put it one way trip instead of round trip just so they wouldn't have to give me the $50 back-Totally shady.
Valarie MEverything went smoothly. Website was user friendly and customer service was great and very accommodating. I would highly recommend and would use U-haul again. You guys should offer EZ Pass use for tolls though. Sometimes there are no full service on tol booth and who carries exact changes nowadays

Cary NWe use uhaul for all of our point to point moves. We have used this service 3 times in the last 3 months. Some vehicles are better than others. Last one needs front end alignment and the engine light was on.

Grant HI recommend getting a paper copy of your receipt from any location as opposed to an email receipt unless the email is sent right away. I returned the rental early than expected ie the same day as opposed to the next day. The next day after the the time the rental was due to be returned I get a call stating I had not returned the truck. After explaining what took place upon returning the rental I was informed we have it and the keys are right here. Someone could have easily have checked the lot and saw it was returned and sitting on their property. Not a good feeling to say the least. Don't recall an apology being offered.
Rickey BI was charged 7 for a dolly that wasn't placed in the truck. The pick up location was closed so I was unable to get what I paid for.

Kevin KThe U-Haul website was unresponsive and unusably slow. It made pickup and drop off incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Uploading pictures took forever and I wasn't even able to complete the process for returning online. Please fix the website.

Edwin HPaid the price of 29,95 for the larger truck but was given the smallest truck even though the larger truck was requested for this move to prevent so many trips back and forth. With the smaller truck more miles were used because i was not given what was requested.
