I will be calling main office for uhaul, I called to let them know that i was not going to get truck back by 9am the return day that it may be after 1 or next day and employee I spoke to told me that it would be ok that they would bill for extra day and I agreed and that the truck would be dropped off at a closer location than them, I was told that there was no problem that i would just be billed the extra day use for rental, was never told that i would be charged almost 400 dollars to not drive truck back 40 min down thw road had I been tols that I would have brought it, I have contacted my bank for fraud report i was only told about 2 day rental fees. besides took 1 and half extra hour extra just to get truck out when picked up it was. Not a good experience. I work for a large company in 2 states and was going to sugest setting up employee discount if used yal for rental but im not sure if thats the best thing to do at this time, we have one with enterprise already for car rentals.

Debbie RWe were greeted as soon as we walked in. Sat down and was serviced immediately with excellent customer service.
Shannon JCar-N-Go was fantastic. U-haul, however was terrible. Their system is lousy, so when you reserve equipment they don’t keep an inventory of what they have at each location. It allows you to think you will have dolly’s, pads even when they won’t be available. Also, someone at U- haul changed my appointment the evening of my move from a mobile pick up to in store. I got to the location at 0900 to get my truck, but couldn't pick up mobile, having to wait an hour until the store opened. Car-N-Go was able to find equipment for me, or I would not have been able to accomplish my move. Would do business with Car-N-Go again, but never again will I use U-Haul
