Give my deposit back faster you took it right away but took 3 days to give it back
JAMES HOrdered furniture pads, none provided. Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas when delivered. Requested to keep truck until 9am the following morning to unload in a storage unit across the street from the UHaul location and was charged an additional $105.
Clifford GFluid levels should be checked. The windshield washer reservoir was empty. The equipment was not ready for pickup. I received the furniture pads, but they did not have my appliance dolly . I had to rent it from a local rental company for $25.00. I was charged $10 for the uhaul dolly rental and never received the refund for it. Overall the rental went well. I just felt everything should have been ready on the day of the rental. The reservation was made almost a month ahead of time.

BENJAMIN CMy only issue was with the car dolly I rented, I think there should be some marker lights on fender wells for driver to see the trailer during night use as you cannot see tail lights from mirrors, only thing that helped me was having 4 ways on during transport
JAMES OI set up a reservation 2 weeks in advance and called, was told they would not get the res until a few days before hand, so I called again the day before and confirmed I would need everything on my reservation. When i got there (this is 45 min from my house in a downpour) I was told they did not have all the moving blankets nor did they have a utility dolly, wasted however much time from my original res time which was 9am, and then when I tried to work it out to pick up the utility dolly at the "corporate" location literally 10 min from my house when I got there the one poor guy that was working had no idea even though I was told by Carns that they were spoken too and all I had to do was pick it up and I wasted another 20-30 min waiting just got a utility dolly. I work in the rental industry and can clearly tell when a location does and does not care. This location does not care and I would rather recommend Penske or ANY other competitor in the future. Oh and the cherry on top I was told by corporate line and the in store clerk in state college that I would receive one day off because of this and I was not given the day off since Carns is not open on Sunday and I refuse to use your app due to the poor service provided. Seriously will not be renting with ANY uhaul again and I recommend looking into this location and potentially picking a different partner as this place doesn't seem to have it together.
Blake CThe problem was not the location but the entire experience. I was to pick up a 15' truck at Bumble and the Bee at 11 am. I was called that it changed to 12 pm. On my may to pick up the truck, I got an email to go to Carns. I got a 20' truck which is bigger than I wanted. Also, I was contacted the day before about getting a discount for taking a trailer with me. I did that and was still charged the same. I picked both the truck and trailer up a little after 12 and turned them in a little after 6 pm. So, am I getting any money back for taking the trailer I did not need for myself?

scott hFirstly I'll start on pickup and at karns and say not tremendously impressed! We spent about 35 to 45 minutes just to complete the check-in and pick up the vehicle and then we got the keys and were sent out in single digit winter weather cold to unlock the box which had the key to the ignition under it and after my fingers went numb and quit working twice or three times I finally accomplished it with the help of customer service who I had to go get after several failed attempts on my part to do what in my opinion should be their job as decent customer service, and I'm being graceful here! When we went to the return facility for U-Haul which was a little dive hole in the wall rats nest dump of a Indian run gas station I'll repeat dump again! And my girlfriend went into return the keys and I parked the vehicle and they requested and sent her back out to the U-Haul to bring in the 50 lb dolly take a picture of the mileage on the dash and the gas tank gauge and then move the vehicle to a different spot and didn't know how many trucks he even had in the parking lot or where they were? These people were so rude, clueless disrespectful and lazy and worthless piles of feces you unfortunately see on a daily basis in these types of situations. So on both ends customer service has come to such a decline that it's just outright disappointing that you have to do their job for them just to get what you overpay for to begin with. I'm a Caucasian male but I got to say which is very unnatural for me to do so but in this case I felt very discriminated against as a white American in the return facility because it was owned by Indian Indians and they kind of almost all but spat in my face!
Dodi MI would never recommend doing the 24/7 share. Always rent from a real person I spent over an hour trying to get checked in, the app did not want to work correctly I was disconnected when I tried to call you all I highly do not recommend you use the app always rent from a real person. Highly dissatisfied with the app

Christina HThe app crashed several times. Tried chat support and after 15 minutes was told needed to call 800 support. After another 30 minutes on hold a tech assisted me. In the meantime someone from the local dealer arrived to help me. Carns was great but uhaul side was less than expected.
David BTruck was saying that the tire was low and it was not. It was also way to exspensive to rent a truck for 5 hours. There should have also been straps and sheets included and there were none. I wont be using uhaul again.

Donald BLocal was never the problem; National was. I found it a bit rich that national sent me an hour away to pick up the truck and then had the gall to charge me for the extra mileage. Way to make the customer pay in both money and time for doing the corporations work for them guys. On top of screwing up my reservations completely. So National gets 0 out of 5 stars from me.

Iphiagene Tlocation was ok just had to drive to get the truck after sign in , they did not bring the truck to us , the truck was nice on the out side but not clean in the cargo area i had to sweep it out and also the ramp needed cleaned off
donald CI rented a tow dolly for Saturday and return Monday . I. Reserved it online and picked up! Now I find out that all this equipment is being delivered to my house $128 worth of equipment. I am not a rich person and under no circumstance wouid I order equipment from uhaul except for a tow dolly ! I called and talked to customer service and they say to take equipment back to local uhaul rental store s d I will be credited ! Well guess what I never checked anything about equipment except for lmagnerux light and the clear field location said they did not have that In stock and that I would not be charged for it ! Now I'm being charged for 6 diffrent items adding up to $128 .00 ! I hope to god I get my money put on my card ASAP ! I'm not rich and I hope to god they refund my money today ! So my family can eat this week not happy at all !
Angela PSuper easy on-line booking, pick up, and drop off. Worth every penny of the rental fee. More truck size options would be nice but understand how busy the rental business is.
