Truck was fine as to be expected. Carns personnel were all friendly and professional. Carns is now my local go to U-Haul rental location.

I had zero issues with my rental. Would rent from this location again.
Rebecca KThe location was excellent and professional. U-Haul itself, however, needs work; I was scheduled by U-Haul (via telephone and text) to arrive at 8AM to pick up a trailer at a location that doesn't open until 9AM, an hour of sitting at a closed business (such fun!). Then, being charged $110 for a trailer used for 4hr, perhaps they should consider implementing 1/2 day rentals instead of robbing you for unused time, I basically paid rent on a flatbed trailer that sat back on the lot for 4hr, unless it was rented out again (maybe I should've let it sit in MY driveway)
Minor MHard to find, no signs and is jointed with a motorcycle shop
Anthony LThe 10' trucks windshield was completely frozen over as was the side windows. The truck was covered in snow and ice. The facility would not provide us with an ice scraper or broom to sweep off the truck. This made it extremely dangerous to drive. We "borrowed" an ice scraper from a random person for $5.00 to clear the window (with the defroster on high for 1/2 hr.). When we drove the truck, ice and snow continually hit the windshield from the hood, etc. That is absurd and dangerous.
