Katrice GI needed a location close to my house with an early (8am) pickup. I reserved weeks in advance, but was transferred to Carruthers in East Chicago. I had help lined up, so I had to change all of that. Some of my help had to cancel. I ordered a furniture dolly which I did not get, so I had to chase all over town to find one. Long story short, my early move did not start until afternoon, and did not end until nearly midnight! Bright spots were Megan in customer service, and Johnson Movers' unload and unpack. Five stars for them! Brighton Park was not convenient to get to, but I was grateful for their large lot and service.

PRECIOUS MDangerous neighborhood. U-haul truck had check engine light on. Too much outside air and noise comes into cabin. Door seals needs replacement. Worst experience ever!
