Truck was nasty, "clean" but has sat for so long. Experience was terrible, the guy could care less about renting it out. Didn't verify anything with me, as far as $/mile or condition before/after. Very unprofessional experience and uncomfortable experience. Otherwise got the job done. Miles out and in we're incorrect from the picture I took when picked up and parked. Time stamped. Charged wrong for miles, and looks like I got a cleaning charge. It was returned the same way.

The truck had damage not marked, was dirty inside cab and in back area. Fuel was below 1/4 tank and when I returned truck with a 1/4 tank they charged me $25 for fuel! Worst U-Haul experience ever and I've been renting from U-Haul for last 15 yrs on several moves and they've always been a good experience.

Get the online return forms to work better. Have a picture slot for each photo needed instead of blanket add more photos. Otherwise the process was smooth and easy

Did not have the dolly I requested, so we had to go to another store and rent a dolly, which took time and cost more money. Had added a charge for furniture pads that I did not request. Truck was parked in a muddy unpaved area. Bed of truck was dirty and smelled of feces- we had to sweep and then let it air out before we could use it. .Will not use this location again, and will not recommend uhaul anymore.

I had requested 1 dozen of the furniture pads, they charged me for 12 dozen and there weren any furniture pads at all. I had to use my own towels to pack my furniture. The mile price changed on the ending receipt. Nothing close to what I contracted. Don't do business in this location stay away. It was closer to me to so I used it. I should have pay attention to the reviews and go pick up a uhaul farther than here.

Equipment was clean but damaged. Repairs had been ordered from UHAUL but the kept the truck in fleet since the damage was not saftey related.

They were hard to understand, didn't really know how to check me in, and didn't give me any paperwork. They handed me the truck key and I had to go search for the truck in a large area. Also unhappy that it was 45 minutes away from me.

I don't understand what happened, the rate was supposed to be 30$ for the rental and 1$ per mile, they discounted me 47,66$ and then 44$ even though I only traveled 25 miles, it should have been 30$ for the rental and 25$ for the miles plus taxes, where is the other 44$ supposed to be charged from?

Gas pump had no display. We dropped the vehicle with gas at 5:55. It looks like we are being charged 44$ additional. Not sure why. Will look into why since we filled gas and were on time.

Originally booked for a location right around the corner from my place. I received a last minute call late Friday (for a Saturday move) that my truck would not be available and I would need to pick up from a new location 10 miles away AND at a later time. Whatever, not the first time UHaul has done this to me. I get to the new location and the truck is not there as scheduled/guaranteed - waiting for another 40 minutes before the truck is ready. Not once did any uhaul rep apologize for any of the multiple inconveniences on their behalf - will never use Uhaul again.

I dropped off the truck on Friday afternoon and the associate said he would check it in and on Tuesday the truck was not checked in so I had to drive over an hour in then I got charged another $18…..not happy

The cab of the truck was dirty on pick up. Looked like soda had been spilled in the cup holders and the floors were not clean. The box floor was not clean either.

They did not have the dolly, utility dolly or furniture pads. This was NOT the location I chose to pick up from, but instead was changed to the day before pick up. Clearly this location should not be in charge of uhual rentals. They have poor customer service, their drive way and lot are full of dangerous deep pot holes and clearly they are not prepared to have everything that was ordered. Not only that but he assured me I would not be charged for the items they did not have and guess what? He charged me anyways. I contacted customer service and they told me I wouldn't be charged when I dropped off the truck and the total amount did not change. I am very disappointed uhual in a whole and will not be using this service for any future moves.

I have rented 3x from this location. Moving is stressful and each time has been a pleasant experience. It's my go to for my moving needs. Best part…use the app and pick up is a breeze.

The cashier was very rude and unprepared. The gas was low and he ignored me when I went to return the truck.

This fuel charge is completely unacceptable! I asked the man at the drop off location (which sells gas) if I needed to get fuel. I told him I didn't want to get charged a fuel fee. He said there would not be a charge. He flat out lied to me! I drove 15 miles total and I got charged $37,35 for 8 gallons. How can I use 8 gallons in 15 miles? This equates to 1,8 miles per gallon. I'm pretty sure that your trucks get better fuel mileage than that. I want this charge credited back and this Uhaul dealer out of business. I have heard other stories like this about this haul location. He is not honest and doesn't help;p your brand at all.

Truck cabin was absolutely filthy. It definitely wasn't looked over or even started before renting to us. We were in a pinch and this was the 2nd effort of the day. Previous truck had tires so bald that I cancelled, only to end up with this piece of junk in Lakeway. Previous driver spilled coffee, food, God knows what else all over the cabin. My wife and I ended up cleaning the cabin ourselves. Then I drop off the vehicle in Boise only to be told that from the sound of the truck, he wouldn't of rented it out. He could smell gas as I was pulling up. The drop-off was easy, that was the best part of this trip.

Make sure they realize that the address is highly dependent on the east/west or north/south in the address. Took us three tries to find the place.

I returned the truck earlier than planned. The representative had no idea if I would get charged for that or not. He also did not know how highway tolls would be processed. He told me I would receive an email from U-Haul within two hours, but it took 5 hours

We picked up our truck to find a master lock on the back and had to buy a bolt cutter to remove it. That was also the only 15' truck in the city so we had no options.

Employee never got of the phone when checking in. Just paused his conversation l9ng enough to hand me the keys. The location was not my original or preferred location, and it was not acceptable, but I needed to move personal belongings, so went forward. Upon returning, no words from the clerk, no. Checking of the vehicle, he just gave me a thumbs up. Then I get my bill with a fuel surcharge, even though I put fuel in it. Plus I got some other "safe move" charge of $14 that I did not ask for. Will use another service in the future, there are other options.

Non-specific to either location. The truck while clean and maintained at pick-up had no process or form to document prior existing damage or proof damage was prior reported. In this case minor damage existed on the right rear vertical box corner and a wiper damage to the windshield. Additionally the lack of sound proofing in the cab was deafening, Nav instructions / conversation was difficult as a result.

This was supposed to be a one-way rental but I had to return to the original location which cost me another $70 in gas not to mention time. Also, I was charged a cleaning fee when I left the truck spotless and returned the truck early the same day. I ordered packing blankets and an appliance dolly which was not provided. A receipt was not given when the truck was rented-poor service all around.

More helpful staff at location. Had rained and my truck was surrounded by mud puddle. Had to crawl in via passengers side. Location has trash outside and smells. Dumpster was over flowing with garbage.

Was told I wouldn't be charged for an extra day as I was less than an hour late. I should have parked that shit in front of my house instead of hustling it up there to help them out. Also gave back a lot more gas than I took. I'll pay for shipping next time. Too much work to ship product myself and too many hidden fees with UHaul. Done for good. Btw, this location is extremely sketchy and gross. I specifically chose another location, but you all switched me to this one.

Vehicle pickup at 8am. When arrived only then told vehicle there but don't know where the keys are. I personally found keys in vehicle almost two hours later. Did not get vehicle out of lot until 9:45 and site 45 minutes away so my movers ready at my home at 10am waited and cost $$$$ because of delay.

You should allow the process to approve a driver ahead of time. Allow them to submit a license, paperwork, or to make the phone calls needed. Not during the time of pick up. That is convenient.
