The experience was fantastic. The 10' truck was in bad shape. Mechanically it survived but I was concerned all day that it may not make the trip.

I also requested a 10' truck at $19,95 per day but was told one wasn't available although they had one on the lot when we arrived so I was forced to reserve the 15' which was more expensive. The 10' didn't move from the time we picked up until we returned.
Jeana BMy U Haul experience was okay. When I worked with the company/rentals I feel I went above and Beyond, maybe it was management, maybe an age difference. But, I was just handed keys, no walk through, no verifying the gas, mileage, or any damage, got in the truck to the previous customers belongings including tampons :( great availability though!!

DeVille SUhaul site kept showing I did not have a reservation even when I put my reservation number in. Would not work at your location for me to get truck at 8am. Luckily a lady showed up early and checked me out Still put me 45 minutes late while I was paying two helpers. Also truck only had 1/8 tank of fuel. Workers there were great but uhaul site cost me time and money

Kizzy WLocation was closed with no notification. There was no indication of what to do. They remotely rented me a truck when I called the 1800 number to complain. Not good customer service.

DUSTIN MThough this location was good and the customer service was great, I was not happy to have to drive 20+ miles when there were 2 uhaul locations less than 2 miles away from my house. My bill would of been a lot cheaper had I not have to do this. The option to pick up and drop off at another location wasn't even allowed. Outside of that, it was an easy transaction.

Daniel Dyall advertise that local trucks are $39 i got charged $115 and then $ 65.oo for mileage and then charged me a $3 drop off fee because said wasnt the right location and then on to of that the employee couldnt find aclose one i found it and she said it didnt matter where i dropped it off NOT HAPPY yalls SERVICE/ADVERTISING SUCKS!!!!!!!
Kirby PThe truck was still dirty on the cab but was not an issue. The cargo bay was ok, I swept the back to remove all of the dirt laying in it before returning to the location.
Daniel DNothing wrong with location service at all. The issue is U-HAUL - The entire online interface is incredibly confusing and not user friendly. I had a confirmed reservation and was not aware that that did not actually reserve me a truck... the confirmation had no information to lead me to believe that they first had to assign me somewhere - it literally congratulated me and told me to show up at the location at the time I had picked- SHOULD have said we will update you when we have placed your order. I called about something else only to find out I did not have the truck and the customer service agent was incredibly rude. Moving is already stressful they need to do better. Absolutely terrible experience.
Julia LManager of CCLA Perkins was very helpful, however clerk that assisted me at first had an attitude and was not customer friendly. She was abrupt with her answers and gave a little information as possible, she was almost rude.

Kirk SWe reserved 2 dollys, there were none at pick up. They told us to come back next day. Location clerk mentioned she did not know anything about the dolly, and they only had one in location. Called CS they said we needed to rent another dolly and pay out of pocket and pick up at a location 20 minutes away.

Robyn EMrs. Denise was awesome! She was very helpful! When I went in to pick up my truck the key was lost. it took 2 hours to locate it inside the back of the truck under the ramp. Mrs. Denise helped me stay positive and went above and beyond to ensure I got a rental that day. She called around to every location and even called corporate to get me assistance. I went from crying to jumping for joy when I finally got the keys. Mrs. Denise you Rock!!!!
Kelly VI was liked to, had to use my own gas and money to go to 3 different locations to pick up what I reserved. When i got the truck it was a mess. Trash inside, items left. I had to wait even longer before they let me take the truck. I had to pay a moving company an extra 200$ for having them past the negotiated time. All because Uhaul lied about everything. A manager lied to me about blankets and customer service claimed they didn't care. I'm a disabled vet and this will be on social media with photos. No one should have to deal with this nightmare and being treated like this.

JOHN AI was over charged $58.00. The agent told me to leave my truck and she would email me a recipe. I had to go back and check the fuel level to correct the situation.
DON WStop recording inaccurate fuel levels! This is the third time this happened to me when using Uhaul. This was probably my last time. I had to take before and after pictures of the fuel so I would have a case. Truly disappointed
