The AC in the truck was broken and there was an exhaust leak in the cab of the truck that made myself and my two boys sick. It was over 100 degrees outside, the move was miserable.
Returned after hours. Process worked well.
yall advertise that local trucks are $39.00 i got charged $115.00 and then $ 65.oo for mileage and then charged me a $3.00 drop off fee because said wasnt the right location and then on to of that the employee couldnt find aclose one i found it and she said it didnt matter where i dropped it off NOT HAPPY yalls SERVICE/ADVERTISING SUCKS!!!!!!!
The truck was still dirty on the cab but was not an issue. The cargo bay was ok, I swept the back to remove all of the dirt laying in it before returning to the location.
Nothing wrong with location service at all. The issue is U-HAUL - The entire online interface is incredibly confusing and not user friendly. I had a confirmed reservation and was not aware that that did not actually reserve me a truck... the confirmation had no information to lead me to believe that they first had to assign me somewhere - it literally congratulated me and told me to show up at the location at the time I had picked- SHOULD have said we will update you when we have placed your order. I called about something else only to find out I did not have the truck and the customer service agent was incredibly rude. Moving is already stressful they need to do better. Absolutely terrible experience.
Manager of CCLA Perkins was very helpful, however clerk that assisted me at first had an attitude and was not customer friendly. She was abrupt with her answers and gave a little information as possible, she was almost rude.

We reserved 2 dollys, there were none at pick up. They told us to come back next day. Location clerk mentioned she did not know anything about the dolly, and they only had one in location. Called CS they said we needed to rent another dolly and pay out of pocket and pick up at a location 20 minutes away.
Worst personal attitude and customer service
The employee was very friendly. I did not have to ask about the process of dropping the U-Haul off as soon as I got out of the truck and walk tours the entrance she was standing right there and she immediately greeted me and started to explain the process of dropping off the U-Haul very professional.
People super nice. the truck inside and the rear back was very dirty. looked like the people moved landscape stuff and did not clean it up.
Mrs. Denise was awesome! She was very helpful! When I went in to pick up my truck the key was lost. it took 2 hours to locate it inside the back of the truck under the ramp. Mrs. Denise helped me stay positive and went above and beyond to ensure I got a rental that day. She called around to every location and even called corporate to get me assistance. I went from crying to jumping for joy when I finally got the keys. Mrs. Denise you Rock!!!!
I was liked to, had to use my own gas and money to go to 3 different locations to pick up what I reserved. When i got the truck it was a mess. Trash inside, items left. I had to wait even longer before they let me take the truck. I had to pay a moving company an extra 200$ for having them past the negotiated time. All because Uhaul lied about everything. A manager lied to me about blankets and customer service claimed they didn't care. I'm a disabled vet and this will be on social media with photos. No one should have to deal with this nightmare and being treated like this.

I was over charged $58.00. The agent told me to leave my truck and she would email me a recipe. I had to go back and check the fuel level to correct the situation.
Stop recording inaccurate fuel levels! This is the third time this happened to me when using Uhaul. This was probably my last time. I had to take before and after pictures of the fuel so I would have a case. Truly disappointed
The vehicles cabin was a little dirty and I had to sweep out the cargo area of the truck. They also did not have a 4-wheel furniture mover. But they did substitute a 2-wheel dolly which helped.

Start by getting a new manger at that location the manger that's is there now has a very nasty and bad attitude she gave me the wrong truck with different paper work and tried to front me with someone else uhaul because she screwed up paperwork uhaul will always lost there client with a manger like her so I will not Tell no one to come to that location again thanks
Great location! Folks are always extremely courteous and very polite! We enjoy doing business with them.
Charged $90 extra for this locations mistake. This location added over 300 miles to my bill when I went a total of 25 miles. Then tried to add on charges for tires and oil. The truck was returned in PERFECT condition. Field Technician will not return the call even after I called customer service to file a complaint. It is taking all week to clear it up. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.
Nothing wrong with the location just the fact that the AC fan was not operating when I picked up the truck. I was instructed to call Roadside assistance. I did that, it took a full day to fix at my home. It worked when the tech left, when I got in the truck to leave at 5:00 am a day late, it quit working as I pulled out of the driveway. I could not wait any longer, 755 miles in the heat with no A/C, miserable. Aside from the A/C not working, all the UHaul people have been great. Some credit was given at this location prior to my trip given the early inconvenience. Losing a day and being miserably hot driving, I am seeking a "full" credit. Again, the people have been great to deal with but expectation of a working truck was not met.
The person who handed over the keys to the vehicle told me, the drop of location could be determinded by a phone call to customer service, after I question if it was close to where I was going. It turns out, the drop-off location was more than 12 miles away, out of the way. I was told by a customer service representative that was because "the vehicle had already been re-rented". I've used U-Haul several times over the last seven years, for multiple moves. I was debating with using Penske for this move, this will be the deciding factor for the next move. I will never use U-Haul again. The customer service representative on the phone kept telling me, "I don't know how they come up with that". Train your people to communicate better.
