Service the trucks . Checkout of trucks is time consuming and frustrating. The mobile process scares away the age group with the most money to spend. Im 61, in good shape and won't do the mobile process again. Uhaul has the costumer doing all the work and they collect the money . I hate Walmart and that's what uhaul reminds me of. Uhaul wants to call all of the shots yet have lousy customer service and take no accountability. Ans the mileage overages would be great but the equipment I had was long overdue for a service. Uhaul better step up their game because they no longer have a name consistent with quality

The "easy" pick up option using a cellphone was a complete nightmare. Uhaul gps kept saying we were in the wrong location, despite being parked in front of Chavez Plumbing. When, finally, uhaul bent the rules to verify us, the lock on the lockbox wouldn't work. It took almost 15 minutes of resetting combo, puling, jerking and tugging to finally gain access. All in all, it took one and a half hours to get the truck. My feeling is that the issues were uhaul related, not location oriented. The uhaul customer service rep stayed on the phone the whole time and was finally successful for getting us our truck. Kudos to her, whoever she was... Hideous experience overall...

Keep the fuel at half way mark if we are expected to leave it at the half way mark. The drop point should do a better job at check in and not be quick to charge for an extra day if it was turned in on time.
