24 drop off location was great
SARA SService the trucks . Checkout of trucks is time consuming and frustrating. The mobile process scares away the age group with the most money to spend. Im 61, in good shape and won’t do the mobile process again. Uhaul has the costumer doing all the work and they collect the money . I hate Walmart and that’s what uhaul reminds me of. Uhaul wants to call all of the shots yet have lousy customer service and take no accountability. Ans the mileage overages would be great but the equipment I had was long overdue for a service. Uhaul better step up their game because they no longer have a name consistent with quality
