We had a horrible experience trying to get a trailer from another local U-Haul that was not open and did not answer their phone at our time stated. This location was fast and easy, very helpful

The site attendant is a super guy and very helpful. He was instrumental in my choice to come back there a second time. Excellent employee. Most facilities are about the same but the employees make the difference.

After we paid and dropped off we were charged an additional $50 according to the receipt it was for gas and miles. Here's the issue we literally drove it one trip 3 minutes away and then back and dropped it off back to uhaul. They charged us for 5 gallons of gas for a 3 minute trip and $22 for mileage for this 3 minute trip. They are scamming people and it's sad. I called left a message for someone to return my call and they responded with an email with my receipt no Returned call.

We only needed the storage unit for a couple months and this was the perfect place. Our first 3 months were half price and completely affordable. The staff answered any questions I had immediately. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Put on your truck where it says $19,95 Per day and $1 a mile I drove a truck with insurance and 66 miles I paid $150 that's a rip off. Will never use again.

My move was the worst I've ever experienced but Cherokee U-Haul was very patient and kind and worked with me when I had to extend my use of their truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone having to move. Thank you Cherokee U-Haul. You made this difficult time I'm going through just a little bit easier.

Just make sure website is accurate with total of rental. Price was different when I picked up the truck even though I asked for total expense.

Mobile check in was giving me issues (sprint carrier) and there was no other way to check in. No personel to help or anything.

I was notified two days before my rental that my preferred location did not have the equipment I reserved. This notification should have happened much sooner.

I forgot the guy's name working there but he was extremely helpful, courteous, and nice. It was very appreciated as we were under a lot of stress with needing to get a truck ASAP to move. I will 100 % recommend Cherokee for moving and storage needs.

We filled the gas tank back to 1/4 tank Where it was when we started and were still charged an additional $50 for gas.

Could not access truck because Uhaul app said that I had to "edit my registration" which was not possible to do through app. I called customer service and waited on the phone for 30 mins for a representative to pick up. Ultimately, the movers that I schedule had 45 mins of downtime prior to my arrival which I had pay them at a rate of $100/hr. Because of the app not working properly, I lost $75 worth of labor. I'd like to discuss this with a manager at Uhaul. I'm not happy with your service and I may look elsewhere in the future.

No Uhaul sign on Hwy 16. It's in a strip mall around the back. If it weren't for Google Maps, I'd not have found it.
