The man that helped with my rental was a pleasure to work with. He was nice, answered my questions and even helped hook the trailer to my truck. I definitely would recommend this U-Haul facility from my experience. Thanks again for the smooth transaction.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisManager is awesome. Really enjoy working with him.
Charles BHe was very welcoming. He helped me in every way possible.
Eddie HOldest trailer on the lot. LOL! Made a 850 mile trip with no issues. Trailers of that size need to have a leg installed to keep the hitch off of the ground. That is my only complaint. No selection of newer models. Left wheel lug nuts were so rusty, if there would of been a flat, who knows if the lug nuts would of even came off. I ordered a 4x8 and it was not there. Had to use a 5x8. Returned it a day early. drop off was easy. Location was farther than I expected knowing that on my way there, I passed like 3 closer locations.
Donald WThe brakes on the trailer need checked.
