Location wasn't able to access the house app. So, I had to convert to self service anger talking to U-Haul hello. Not a very professional experience. But, the self service app itself is quite good.

Toby HMake sure you fully clean out your trucks for each renter. Mine had a half-consumed bottle of Dasani water in it, and had not been swept prior to my use.
THOMAS BWe literally drove 4 miles and got charged for 2 gallons of gas. Door handle was broken on passenger side. It was a convenient location but not well kept! Website was annoying since it kept asking for things I don't need and no storage needed. Causes confusion. Someone without a phone or computer would not be able to rent which is not fair to them.
NADIM SNot happy with the service. The track was not clean. The fuel was not full when given to me and get over charged for that. The stuff that handed over the keys was very understandable that there is an error, but can not correct it. SO i will never rent a track with you guys again. I will go to home depot or other companies, Sorry, horrible experience!

DAWOOD KI will never recommend Uhaul to anyone I know, as I have been cheated for the fuel cost in spite of refueling it over the limit that I was given the vehicle. Have tried reaching multiple teams in Uhaul, but no one resolved or even took the ownership to help the refund. This is utter fraud and harassment for customers. Never booking Uhaul again. Pathetic experience, it's day time loot!!!

Appeared something was wrong as I was being way overcharged and I think that was what was confusing to her. Regional manager Kyle stepped in and quickly resolved the issue so I am satisfied and will rent from them again for sure.
Robert BProblem #1 - My reservation was made at least a week before my trip. I selected a preferred location and the day before my trip, the pickup location was changed. Problem #2 - On the day of pickup, I was told at the new location that they did not have the dolly I wanted. The lady in charge at the Chilly Mart was not very communicative. She just said I didn't have a dolly. Neither did the U-Haul representative who called me the day before. So I had to scramble to find a much-needed dolly. Also, after the lady told me she didn't have a dolly, we saw someone come out of the gas station with a dolly. After getting angry, I was told by a U-Haul Corp. representative that this type of equipment could not have been included as part of my trip. I think this is a total lack of communication. My overall experience with U-Haul was very bad. All of this could have been avoided with a much better communication strategy. I think the online experience is poor and the customer experience at the location and with U-Haul representatives is poor. The only reason I'm not giving this review a 1 star is because the Chilly Mart lady gave me the furniture pads for free.

They didn't provide equipments that I made a reservation on and they didn't let me know a few days before so I can look for somewhere else and I was shocked when I got to the location and found out that they don't have the equipments that was disappointing.

Deeba SA few feedback - 1. There was some delay in pickup despite online checkin that was completed 24 hours in advance. All the checks on meter reading and others should be completed by the staff prior to pick up 2. Vehicle needs to be checked prior to the pickup. I saw a tire maintenance signal as soon as I started driving. 3. Uhaul fleet needs to be upgraded. The one I picked up did not have controls to adjust blind spots from within the vehicle.

Harrison PWhen I made the reservation on the phone, I told you our drivers licences were mexican and we had a location very close to the airport since we were flying to DFW from Mexico. A day before pick up you changed location 9 miles away (did cost us a bundle to Uber) and it turned out Chilli mart did not accept international drivers licences. Fortunately my cousin who lives in Dallas was with us and was able to provide a local phone number. Also the person from the help phone number was willing to help and we were able to finally get the van. Everything was also harder because U-Haul app is not available in the mexican App store. The unit was not clean, I do not know about maintenance. I would only recommend location for local people (not people flying in and not to people with international driver licences - I havr friends allover)

MALLIK KIf the location does not carry any other supplies, please do not provide that option while booking online. I booked a dolly and while picking up the truck, was told they do not have dolly. This is an inconvenience.

Musab AFor whatever reason, it didn't click in my brain that this location wasn't a stand-alone UHAUL location. After driving around the gas station, we also noticed the van we rented for the evening was not there. The van we had already completed all the online paperwork for... The guys within the gas station told us they didn't have one meaning we had to rent a truck which was more expensive. Bummer. Upon returning the truck, the guy at the counter asked if we filled it back up with gas. I told him that as we got the truck with under a quarter of a tank of gas we just filled it back up to that. He was super annoyed with that rolling his eyes at me but I wasn't going to be overly helpful to people who did absolutely nothing to get our reserved van, or help us with the process in any way. This location earned it's 2/5 stars. Normally I wouldn't be such a Karen, but we needed a van to move one couch. We should not have been allowed to select this location if they didn't have what was needed.

James MThe customer service was excellent and the location was ideal. The only change I would make would be to update the UHaul website with a working contact number. I ran into some issues getting to my appt on time (flat tire), and tried to call to alert them, but the number listed was disconnected. They were incredibly generous when I finally arrived and pushed the time for me. Very nice people at Chilly Mart.

I need my refund of that amount back on my card immediately! the young lady was new and had no idea what was going on. She heard him say to me not to worry I will be charged only for mileage.
Floretta HThe experience began with a text for my license information only 15 miniatures before the rental. Once in the location the tablet use was incredibly slow. We then found out that the furniture dolly we ordered was not available. This mean a trip to home depot to buy one. The cab of the truck was dirty. The whole deal with renting trucks with half full tanks and then requiring customers to estimate how many gallons they hve used is a scam. Please rent the trucks with a full tank.

Next time i will do the return my self, i should have seen the video of how to return

I had a bad experience. Did not get a dolly which also I had booked. The manager tried giving up extra time and a discount to make up for it but we had wanted a lot if time already. Would never go back to this location
Divya CI selected the location on Beltline Rd, but when I woke up to get the truck there was a new location updated. It sent me way out of the way where I needed to go. I wanted to dollies and they only had 1 dolly.
